Yesterday was the second time we've used Aaron's Plumbing and we've been really happy both times. On Thanksgiving afternoon (!) the water main to our house sprung a leak and flooded our side yard. Water was just coming up out of the ground with no clue as to where or why. Aaron's (I think our guy's name was Steve?) came out the next day and worked hard all afternoon to find the leak and repair it. After a lot of digging and hours of work, it was fixed. He was on time, and such a nice guy, not to mention a hard worker! We will use Aaron's and their great service guys for all our plumbing needs from here on. Had a busted water pump situation over the weekend, this meant no water to the house as our neighborhood shares a water tank. Decided to use Yelp to get bids and Aaron's dispatch was quick to respond and schedule us the following Monday. By end of Monday, we had a new pressure tank, water pump, motor, return valve and all piping installed, was a 9a-4p job. Relatively quick turn around considering all the work done, thank goodness Barton Pumps had what we needed and Aaron was very knowledgeable, patient, and explained a lot of the troubleshooting he was doing, to see if there were other fixable solutions, other than ripping everything out. We eventually decided to order in the new parts and get additional help since it turned into a 2-man job. We discovered the pressure tank was the issue, rubber diaphragm inside failed - pump was still working, but best to replace both at the same time. Aaron and Jesus were very professional, worked quickly, and cleaned up when they were done. There was no soldering required, just clamped new piping together, plus the work is under warranty for 4yrs (great peace of mind). It was a big bill, (couple thousand just for the parts), but labor and final bill seemed about right, happy to fresh water again. I had a leak beneath the bathroom sink. They came out and resealed the base where they though the leak originated. It continued to leak. They came back again to replace the P trap. A few days later, it still leaked. They came back a third time to tighten the fittings. The leak stopped. They did not charge me for the 2nd and 3rd visits. This is very professional of them as the original problem was not initially fixed. Also, all the plumbers that came out were professional and friendly. They wear booties before entering the house. Water heater at my rental property failed in the middle of winter, and Aaron's Plumbing sent Arizona out to take a look. Arizona was helpful and suggested that my water heater has aged out of warranty and a diagnose and fix might be able to extend the life of the water heater, but I'm looking at probably more out-of-pocket down the line and probably won't be cost efficient. He quoted me 5500-6000 range to change a 50 gallon, power vent system, which I was told to be more expensive (about 2x the cost of regular water heater tanks). I was having a bit of a sticker shock, because I had not anticipated the cost to get so high. He was able to cut it down to 5000 if I get it done immediately since he doesn't have to come back out to do it. After some consideration, I looked online to see comparisons for a power vent systems and a high end system would cost more than $2000 online, so I'm guessing after retail costs, transportation, and taxes, I'm probably looking at 2500 at the least, for just the heater. I'd probably be paying around 1-2k for labor and warranty, which I thought, given how quickly it was turned around. Yes, the cost was at a premium, but I've paid for happy tenants, and a load off my mind. Aaron and Steve also came out to help during the install. There were some adjustments to be made but it looked like a good install so far. read more

Michael came out to help connect my drainage lines for our master bathroom sinks. Personally, not a good experience. It seems others have, but, they were not clear on the phone that it could cost so much more (blocked drain). A fee for pulling in the driveway whether they do the work or not. After finding out the "service fee" was not the fee for doing service ( I exspected it to be a bit higher, like the competition does, but not more than triple.) I decided not to proceed with Aarons work, still charged the fee of course. So I called a competitor who showed up just as quickly, and just as polite, he quote (FREE ESTIMATE) was still less than Aarons price even with paying Aarons for doing NO WORK. Would not recommend to anyone, unless its a straight forward quick job during normal business hours. Tried to give the local guy a chance, he decided to over charge. The response from Aarons is kind of weird...I have a charge for $150 on my account from your company. Not sure how you have never heard of m, but took my money. read more

We hired Aaron's for a Flec SXT5600 water softener installation. Everything went absolutely awesome and the price was very competitive! He even got the salt for us and gave us some good tips. We programmed the water softener ourselves, but this was easy to follow from a video on YouTube. Another company didn't know much about water softener installations and tried to charge us 8x what Aaron's was asking for. They wanted to pull 3x 45ft extra pipes and the design and labor charge was just insane. 5 Stars for Aaron's! Gotta go with someone that knows what they're doing! read more

To clarify The unit did not report any error codes during the tech visit. I told him i had not seen any error codes. The tech did offer a flush, but that would be 1 year after I purchased a new unit at $6400. I never asked for and would never expect a free flush and descale. Your tech was onsite he had more than enough opportunity to make an accurate quote, which he did $6400, more than 50% greater than other quotes I received later. The price quoted of $6400 just seemed so detached from reality I just wanted to get rid of the tech and do some online pricing and checking. read more

I was given a 10-12 service window for the next morning! Technician arrived promptly at 10am assessed the situation and described the situation in detail for me. I don't know much about pipes and plumbing and the technician answered all my questions. Gave me an estimate before starting project. Cleared my drain clog in about an hour. I have very mixed feedback on Aaron's Plumbing. First let me describe the job. I needed someone to replace a battery backup pump in a manhole on the side of my yard. The job is to cut the pipe, disconnect the wires and remove the old pump. Then glut in the new pump, attach the wires, and install the float. They were fast to respond and send someone out to give me an estimate. But they clearly did not want the job. The person who came out did not know enough about the job. He called his boss.
