Not a position that I nor anyone else would want to find themselves in. I was originally very worried about getting my car back because they said it could take up to 72 hours to get a call back from someone. The phone was answered when I would call and Ryan was very helpful in answering all of my questions and explaining the process to me. He was very patient and assisted me with scheduling a time to get my car as quickly as possible. Unfortunately you do have to pay to get your car out and it is $75 a day amongst other fees but with the scheduled pickup time it is a smoother process. read more

Pretty easy process. There was a $75 cash cleaning out fee which is understandable. Don't waste your time calling your 3rd party about the fee, more than likely they will tell you that if that's the tow company's policy then just follow by. All the guys I spoke to on the phone and in person were very nice and respectful. Look at the end of the day, they're just doing their job and no reason to give them a hard time. If you're upset about the fee, well we can all agree that it all could've been avoided with just taking our own responsibility in the first place. I mean. Let's be fair. I went against my lease agreement for my car and got it repossessed. It wasn't these guys fault. Now, the only reason that it's not 5 starts is that if you finally pay off the reminianf balance and get the car released they'll offer you a reservation to pick up the car a week from when you call. If you want it the same day and have room they'll charge you an extra 75$. Now that's kinda shady but I appreciate the hustle, and like I said it's no body's fault except our own. Great customer service though and couldn't stop laughing the whole time. Hope I never have see them again, but thanks guys for making this as painless read more

OMG usually dealing with tow yards is the worst. But for the first time I actually was treated good and had great service. I worked with Ryan and he was absolutely amazing! I was in a bind and needed my car ASAP and they were completely booked, but when I told Ryan I might lose my job he quickly fit me in. I've experienced a similar situation and the person literally didn't care about my situation. I would recommend this place simply due to their employee Ryan. He seriously helped me out and went above and beyond any other person I've ever dealt with at a tow yard! He deserves a raise cuz he does his job excellently. AB Recovery tries to nickel and dime you by charging you expedited fees. They have only one person answering the phone and their online system is bogus, I scheduled an appointment online and they said that the system is not up-to-date and wanted me to pick up my vehicle a week later to charge me additional daily storage fees. read more
