I normally have used other companies in the past to do so, but I received a mailer with coupons from Hendrick Heat and Air and noticed that they were running a tune-up special for $49.95. I thought I would give them a chance since it was a great price for a tune-up plus it included an air filter change. Nathaniel showed up and performed the tune-up but also checked every vent in the house to see how well the airflow was, noticing that there was an issue with several of the vents having weaker output. I had told him about my bedroom vents not having much airflow coming out from them for well over a year, to which he insisted on checking out the ductwork under the crawlspace. He found where a duct had been completely disconnected from the main unit and tried to reattach it for significantly better airflow but said he could not secure it properly without the necessary support. The next day I received a quote to have it reconnected which was a very reasonable price and much lower than what had been estimated. Hendrick was very prompt in scheduling an appointment to have it fixed within the next day. They sent Elliott and Brent to reattach the duct and had it fixed within the hour. The airflow is 100% better in my bedroom and the willingness of the technicians to go under the crawlspace is what made the difference between them and other companies, who have previously told me that I would have to schedule another service request for them to examine any ductwork. The techs at Hendrick were helpful, friendly, efficient, and told me about any issues that could arise with the system. My unit is at the 12 year mark but it is still running well, but if the duct had not been reconnected than it likely could have caused the system to have had much more expensive issues by continuing to work overtime to compensate for the duct leaking airflow. There were no extra charges or hidden fees for work performed and the tune-up price and original quote to fix the duct were all honored. I would definitely consider Hendrick again based on this experience for any issues or for another tune-up.

They wanted it to wait until Monday. It's 100 degrees outside and I have guests in town. According to them, they do not call anyone from 8pm-8am and they are closed on the weekends. If that's true, then they should advertise that. Then, I would have called someone else to begin with. I purchased my air-conditioner from them a few years ago. Also, if someone leaves you a negative review you should do better, not call the customer upset.

On Friday, February 13th, my husband took time off work to meet your technician, Zac. He explained the issue in detail. Zac proceeded to snake approximately 10 feet into the line, removed some grease, confirmed that everything appeared to be flushing, and then left. The service call lasted approximately 10 minutes. We were charged the $89 service fee plus $195 per hour, totaling $284. Unfortunately, the clog returned almost immediately, leaving one of our bathrooms completely unusable. It is unacceptable to pay $284 for what appears to have been a minimal and incomplete service. I contacted your office and spoke with Jenny through your call center. I clearly expressed my dissatisfaction, explaining that the technician did the bare minimum and failed to thoroughly clear the line. I also stated that I expected a higher standard of service based on your company's reputation and reviews. Jenny assured me that you would send another plumber at no charge to correct the issue. On February 18th, Ozzie and his trainee arrived. Ozzie was professional and informed me that the $89 trip fee would be waived, but we would still be charged $195 for the service. I explained that our funds had already been depleted after paying $457.60 to have our septic tank pumped and an additional $284 for the initial snaking service that did not resolve the problem. Even Ozzie acknowledged that Zac likely only cleared enough grease to temporarily relieve the blockage, which would explain why the clog returned so quickly. Ozzie then connected me with Missy, the manager. At that point, we were informed that the issue was being attributed to the company that pumped our septic tank, despite the clog clearly being located between the two bathrooms inside our home -- not in the septic tank itself. We were then told that because the septic tank is allegedly full again, your company cannot snake the line. This situation is extremely frustrating. We have paid significant amounts of money and still have an unresolved plumbing issue and an unusable bathroom. We expect a proper resolution and accountability for the incomplete service that was initially performed.

New fan motor, new capacitor that had been previously changed but believe old motor was wearing it down. Homeowner babied, yearly diligent in keeping it clean. Zack checked that drain plug was cleared, checked air flow efficiency, checked all electrical vibes. We had one additional issue that he was able to clear up.
