I also brought in a trench coat, which came back with all the same stains untouched -- honestly, for the best considering what happened to the dress. When I returned to show them the damage, there was no apology, no accountability, and no attempt to offer compensation. I had to request a refund myself. The employee handed it to me and simply walked away without even acknowledging the inconvenience. This place used to be excellent before the ownership change. Now it's an absolute mess. Please do not trust them with valuable clothing, especially anything sentimental like a wedding dress.

Small washers are $3.50/load, extra large are $6.00. Dryers are .25 per 5 minutes. All machines appeared to be in good working order. The prices were very reasonable and the quality was amazing. I brought in about 6 sweaters of various fabrics (wool, cashmere, angora) and after the dry cleaning they looked like they were new again! I was really amazed. No dry cleaner I had ever gone to has made my clothes look as clean and new looking. They were also very friendly and accommodating. When I went to collect my things their credit card machine wasn't working and all I had was a card. They directed me to the ATM in the store next door and because it was a generic ATM I had to pay a $2 fee. I was a bit irritated by this but what could I do, I had to pay to get my clothes. I needn't have worried. The deducted the $2 off my bill for the inconvenience. I am never going anywhere else but here as long as I am in Boston!

One of the units is out of order, so I scrambled to find a laundromat nearby where I could get a wash and fold drop-off service while I ran errands for my new apartment. I had never gotten a drop-off service before. I came across this laundromat and the lady working at the cash register told me the price for the service was $72 (comforter was $30 which is a flat price, clothes/sheets were $42 because it's $3 per pound). She told me it would be ready at 3pm, which is when the establishment closes on Saturdays. I left with a sigh of relief. I ran errands for a few hours and lost track of time, but luckily when I called at around 4pm, the same lady was still working due to the high volume of drop-off services. She was so kind as to let me come pick up my stuff (knowing that the establishment is closed on Sunday) and she was very sweet! The price she told me upfront was exactly what I had to pay. When I got home, my clothes, sheets, and comforter were perfectly folded, and it was so easy to just put everything in the right place. I'm absolutely coming here more often, but I'll just do self-service.
