And at the point I saw the email that they had been incorrectly delivered, all the meat I had ordered would have been sitting in the Texas summer heat for a half hour, if they were even still there! I don't do delivery very often but it hasn't been a problem in the past, and now they want to make it my responsibility to go on a search and rescue for wayward groceries?! No. Now I am having a hard time with their customer service over a refund, because it "was delivered". Doesn't matter that it was delivered to someone else and I have to run to Kroger in order to make dinner. Other Tom Thumbs in the metroplex are 10 times better than this location. Everything is fresh and in abundance. They have these cherry tomatoes called "Flavor Bombs" and are so good and sweet. Plus all the fresh herbs are amazing. Sometimes I shop here just for the produce. You can take a shortcut through the doorway into self-service coffee, nuts, candy and spices or continue to Seafood and Meats. My favorite in seafood is the Lobster in the tank and only when it's a special occasion And in the meat area, I like their pork chops, ground pork, and large hamburger patties. In the middle store I like their olive oils, with so many choices but my favorite is the Central Market Sicilian flavor. Now for the cheese and dairy my go to butter is the La Gall French Butter, so good. We like their fresh baked breads especially the Sour Dough and Naan.
