The menu really reminds me of Bareburger in the sense that they have a variety of burgers such as bison, kobe, etc. and that you can craft your burger from scratch. Ordered the alligator bites (wanted to try alligator, although it was debatable how much was actually gator versus flour) and a turkey burger. Overall price was definitely worth the portions and quality of food you get. Service here was very prompt and helpful. Street parking only, you can either try the local streets or the municipal lot. No fuss burger joint in Baltimore. It was a good vibe with good drinks (the boozy milkshakes were well priced and tasted good - very smooth though and I prefer mine with some brunch). I enjoyed the crab tater tots but there were a little heavy with the sauce. They were very crunchy and not too greasy but overloaded with sauce (that didn't have a lot of crab meat in it). As for the Korean duck burger I was kinda disappointed I thought it would be one big piece of duck on a burger but instead got shredded duck that wasn't very flavorful. Omgeeeee why are these burger so bomb! This is my 2nd visit, both times were take out. My first visit I tried the Southwest Bison on the pretzel bun, got tots on the side with a side order of crab dip, HEAVEN! My 2nd visit I got the lamb burger, soon as I bit into it I shook my head, so flavorful and juicy (I got medium rare), it does come on a pita bun which I loved, my bro not so much he rather a regular. I couldn't pass up the tots with the crab dip and it was just as good as the first time. Bro got the duck burger, he said it was different but good along with the waffle fry nachos, I took a nibble they were good too, app portion size. The meat is quality as well. So I have been here twice. Second time I went I had the build your own burger and it was amazing. It came out to like 15$ for the burger but truly was one of the best burgers I've had with every thing I could imagine on my burger. Both times I've gone I also ordered the fried pickles- very good but has a lot of breading on it. Also ordered the crab dip tater tots. Both times I have gotten very nauseous and threw up. Placed an order through UberEats on New Years Day, and only received half of my order when it arrived. When I called in to inquire about the rest, I was repeatedly told (snarkily) by Manager Brandon that they didn't have UberEats running today. Which is fine! But clearly they had some means for accepting orders(and my money) or I wouldn't have gotten the food I did receive. After refusing to look up my check number, do any further investigation, or treat me with any sort of decency or empathy, he hung up on me. Businesses make mistakes, and that's to be expected. This is my first time at this particular Abbey Burger as I previously dined at the Federal Hill location. I went here on a weekday early evening before the dinner rush and had the fried green tomato burger with fries. Pretty good, one of the best burgers I've had in terms of taste and uniqueness. I appreciate that they have multiple vegetarian burgers on the menu and, having had them all, you can't go wrong with any of them. The fries, however, are ehh. Aren't awful but aren't anything to get excited about, and are certainly not worth the extra $2.5 upcharge to sub instead of chips. And you only get about 3 (mild exaggeration) of them. I would stick with the included chips instead. Our server was great, especially since we were sitting outside and her area was mostly inside. This place gets pricey quickly. And I can't say that it's worth the price, unfortunately. Definitely worth going once or twice but I wouldn't bother going back after that. Parking is street parking so it can be veryyy tough after about 5pm or on weekends. Like give up and go somewhere else tough. But that's a Fells, not an Abbey Burger, problem. read more

I love myself a good burger. I do not like paying $15+ per burger. Why are the burgers so expensive?? And then you get charged an extra $2.50 because no one enjoys chips with their burger, they want fries. If you build your own, prices start at $10 and can add up quickly. They need to serve the burgers on larger plates. It's impossible to cut your burger or put ketchup on your plate with the small baskets. I enjoyed the spicy duck burger - and that pickle had some heat. Gochujang sauce is seriously underrated. The sweet potato fries were perfectly cooked. Abbey is one of my favorite Baltimore places. This location has fantastic staff, a great beer selection, and delicious food. On this visit, I tried a camel burger. I never thought I'd write something like that but...it was exceptional. I'd order it again. The waiter advised to not overpower it with tons of fixings. Not sure what his name was but he had a shaved head and a flower tatttoo on his elbow. My friend and I came here Saturday night after doing some sightseeing with my two kids (ages 3 and 2). We were running a little behind schedule and it was late for us, probably 8:30. She mentioned which bathroom had a changing table and when my 2 year old handed her the plastic pack of crayons, Christine opened them without missing a beat! The food was amazing! They carry exotic animal burgers (which did upset me, I love antelope, camel, and kangaroos) however, I opted for the antelope burger and BOY WAS IT DELICIOUS. Perfectly toasted bun, tomato, lettuce, sautéed onion, medium rare antelope.... Lots of pub options, and decent beer selection. I ended up building my own burger--- can I just say how amazed I was with the "meat of the month" selections!-- KANGAROO (wow!), antelope, wild boar, and CAMEL! Stumbled into this place as I was walking around Fells Point trying to find a place that served fresh oysters. Everyone said, I needed to eat Oysters here as its the freshest and the best! From what looked like a local bar, I peeked into the place to see that the had a very interesting menu, had football on and also had open tables. All the things that I needed right at the time. Once we were seated the waitress came over to give us the low down on the menu. First up with the beer! I swear there must have been over 50 on tap. I just to go for a black and tan to savor 2 types of beer at once. First up..... Crab Tator Tots, yes you heard me right. Although I'm my mind I was thinking it was tator tots stuffed with crab, what actually came was tator tots covered in a crab cheese mix. Even though it wasn't what I was thinking, it was very good. I love tator tots and if you want to cover it with anything, it only adds to the excitement. After contemplating over the menu and changing my mind for about 10 minutes, I finally caved in and decided that I never had Antelope before. I decided since this was the first time I was in Fells Point that I might as well adventure and try something new. Antelope Burger, medium rare on a nice toasted bun. WOW is what I have to say. First of all it doesn't taste like anything different and it seemed just like hamburger. I was thinking it might be gamey or have a strange taste but I could barely tell the difference. Not only does this place serve Antelope, they also have meats like Kangaroo, Bison, Turkey just to name a few. This town does remind me of the French Quarters in New Orleans or even similar to Gas Lamp district in San Diego.
