Losing someone special is always tough, as I lost my best friend and/or sister ( Roz ) in August. The cancer was pretty tough and finally got to her in the long run. But now her pain is over and she's up resting now above us all in a much better place. I will always miss her. I had gone to several cemeteries in the general Seattle or North Seattle areas and met only one person who just stuck out and really made me feel comfortable and was absolutely great to work with. Me: I just found out my mother passed away, I found you online and after reading your reviews, I really hope that I have called the right place. Elemental: so you want some prices? (Note: this is verbatim. No "my condolences" no "I'm sorry for your loss", nothing). Me: um. I guess. Most importantly, I'd like to speak to someone about making arrangements and having her taken care of right away.
