I took my car to ABC Auto Glass for a window replacement, and the experience was extremely disappointing. During the process, they broke my door lock and damaged a panel clip and used puddy to stick it back without telling me. Instead of repairing these issues properly, they used glue and putty to hold the parts in place and then tried to blame someone else for the damage. My regular mechanic had worked on the car 6-8 months earlier, and they attempted to blame him--despite the fact that if he had broken the lock, I would have noticed immediately because it wouldn't have worked at that time. I ended up paying $962 to replace the lock and will need to replace the other part later. This level of dishonesty and poor workmanship is unacceptable. I do not recommend ABC Auto Glass. read more

They installed new windshield in the car and within 2 weeks the rear view mirror falls off and takes a chunk of the windshield with it. When contacted about it they say it's our fault for using too much pressure to adjust the mirror (as though great pressure is necessary to move the mirror) and was also told that it is impossible that either the windshield or their installation were faulty. Accepted no responsibility. Do business elsewhere. They are liars and thieves. read more

We were in need of a new windshield for the car. I looked at a few companies and they all wanted $250-$300. I found ABC on a google search and they were the nearest to my house. I visited the website and saw they had a $150 offer on most windshields. I called and spoke with Mike and he said if you bring the car in at 8:30 in the morning that he could have it done in an hour once they got it in at 9:00am. I went here for the, first time, out of my way based upon the decent reviews but my experience was not that great! I went here to replace the windshield. I called, agreed upon the price and arrived on the appointment day. I clearly mentioned several times to the owner(s) that it was my first time and that I am coming out of my way. My car was done in a reasonable amount of time and I came back home. After arriving home, I noticed windshield rubber seal was coming off from the top in the middle. They didn't place the gasket properly and just put the windshield on it which resulted in the gasket pushing up due to the pressure from windshield weight. In addition, after I took the tape off next day rubber on the side started to come off as well! Of course the problem was because of the careless work! Since place was put of my way I had to wait few days before I finally got a chance to take the car back. I showed the problems to the same owner(s) who helped me initially and got the answer that gaskets coming off are not a big deal and it is just a condiments! I then told him that it definitely does not look good and that it was my second out of the way trip. There was no apology of any kind and car was reluctantly taken back for fix. After waited for some time I finally got my car back and at that point I wanted to get home as soon as possible. Again, I was simply handed over the keys and nobody bothered to apologize or anything even though it was clearly their fault. Next day I examine the car and it appears that they fixed the gasket coming off issues but then I saw that they did not bother to clean the glue that was applied to the gasket! Extra glue was coming off from the gasket onto the car paint. I tried to clean it myself but car paint was started to scratch because glue was all dried up by that time. I didn't have any stamina to take the car back one more time and decided to just live with it. I am not sure if I will go back again or not after this experience but if you are still going then make sure to check everything before you take the car back. This place might be cheaper but their work can be careless. read more

CROOKS, DO NOT GO HERE, UNINSURED SCAMMERS. cracked my leaf guard to the engine (plastic plate near wipers) broken it in half while installing the new WINDSHIELD. I noticed it was done during installation, front desk guy and installer got worked up and defensive when confronted about it. (I had time stamped proof of it not being broken the day before)and he got defensive, yelled "I'm not doing anything about it, we didnt break it" then ran back inside. don't go here, better off going to Safelite or some other reputable company. read more

If I can rate this place a ZERO star I would. So my cousin referred me to this place after my rear windshield got broken into. I spoke to the manager Michael he was nice on the phone and was helpful but later switches up and acts like he didn't talk to me. I take my car in &left it with them. He then gets aggressive with me bc I told him I couldn't pick up my car until I find someone who can. They were able to fix my windshield get which they did a good job and at a great price. But let me tell y'all !!! Their customer service is HORRIBLE / Terrible. I'd rather pay more for better customer service than to deal with the shitty workers and their attitudes. Then when I picked up my vehicle, one of the guys pulled it out front and didn't see me like i wasn't parked right next to him. I got my car key and thanked him and he just gave me a dirty look. Unsatisfied customer here. I made an appointment on a Tuesday for the following Thursday to have my windshield replaced. They quoted about an hour for the job. I showed up at my appointment time (8:30am) and waited 20 minutes for someone to arrive and open the shop. Once inside, I checked in and waited while another customer was served before me. The manager arrived at 9am and informed me that he'd neglected to write down my appointment and order the windshield, so the job would take two hours to complete. I had to get to work and couldn't wait that long. He said I could take their "loaner" car and leave my car there. I agreed despite these red flags... The loaner car was a dilapidated Toyota Highlander with 260,000 miles on it and the check engine light on. No paperwork on the loaner, the manager told me their possession of my car was their collateral. Ok, it's a small business, they play things loose. I took the loaner and said I'd return on my lunch hour around 11. By 11 I hadn't gotten a phone call with status on the job, so I called them and they told me it would be another hour. I delayed my lunch break and called at noon to let them know I was on my way. Upon retrieving my car, it was discovered that a plastic retainer that routed my mirror cable was missing. The manager said they'd thrown it away but that he could get a replacement and he'd let me know when it was ready. A week later I hadn't heard from them so I call up for status. Manager says he'll have the part in 2 days (pretty sure he forgot about me again) and I could come in to have it installed first thing in the morning. I showed up at 8:30, their posted opening time, and waited 15 minutes for someone to open the shop before giving up entirely. They didn't respect my time at any point in this process and can't even be bothered to open on time. The manager did call me as I got to work a half hour later wondering where I was and I informed him that I had been there on time there but had lost my patience and was done with them. I had zero confidence that they'd even have the right part and be able to install it in a reasonable amount of time, and I'm not interested in visiting a third time to find out. I'll just have to get the issue corrected somewhere else. They at least got the right size windshield so that's something, and the price was decent but I guess you get what you pay for. They seem like nice enough people but they're running their business very sloppily. Would not recommend. read more

Initial service was good, however my rearview mirror fell off within 3 weeks, and there was a chip underneath it. They refused to fix it or claim the windshield glass as defective. They said it was my fault for using too much pressure to adjust the mirror. I've never had that problem before and have never needed to use abnormal pressure to adjust a mirror. They were extremely rude to me, and hung up on my husband when he called. They do not stand behind their work. read more

Horrible!!!!! We got our cracked windshield replaced however, it has been leaking ever since. This is the second time I have been here since getting it replaced. They insist that it is sealed appropriately and that there is nothing they can do. I even have a video to show them that it is indeed leaking as well as where it's leaking at. Yet they just shrug their shoulders and say they don't know what to do. Every time it rains (and its hardy rained-can't wait till winter and spring comes) or I go through the car wash my car leaks all over the floor board making my car smelly musty as well as leaks into the air vent which I'm sure will cause more damage and money to repair. In addition the strip on top of the windshield no longer stays on! This car was in perfect condition before I let them touch it. Completely regret it!!! read more

I thought I'd give a small shop a chance to earn some of my money so I went to ABC Auto Glass to get my cracked windshield replaced. That was my first mistake. Mike is the guy you will deal with and Mike is the guy who is going to ultimately rip you off and NOT stand behind his product nor his word. Mike is a shady, dishonest person! Mike brought out my old molding and asked if I wanted it replaced. The way he acted I just knew something was up. Why didn't I further investigate before saying "yes, replace the molding"? My second mistake. But I did ask before they started any work if they were going to put on the same products that are on my Nissan Xterra right now. Mike cut my question short by assuring me, "yes, yes, yes, we use all the same materials". Well, I guess the windshield is the right one, I really can't tell. But the molding he put on is the WRONG part. It doesn't even fit my SUV. I can put my fingers behind the molding so I'm going to guess rain and other stuff will soon be making it's way behind the windshield as well. Grrrrrr! Plus, the molding he used was a cheap, cheap, cheap after market product that doesn't even fit my SUV. I have called Mike multiple times only to have him act like he doesn't understand what I'm talking about. Maybe he really doesn't understand his business but replacing windshields is not rocket science. I ONLY want the same stuff he took off of my car. For a $15 molding ABC Auto Glass scammed me and forever lost my business. Furthermore, he said I'll have to pay an extra $70 (plus labor I'm sure) to get the same correct Nissan molding put onto my car. My windshield looks horrible. The molding ABC Auto Glass used doesn't even cover the gap between the windshield and the body of my SUV. It doesn't cover the channel at all whereas the Nissan part that he removed covered the whole area completely eliminating water's ability to get behind my windshield. It doesn't look good. It doesn't even look normal. It made my nice SUV look cheap. And to make my experience just horrible, MIKE and ABC AUTO GLASS does NOT stand behind their work. They play phone games. And when I went up there Mike ran and hid and his accomplice said he was gone. Grrrrrr!!!! PLEASE do NOT use ABC Auto Glass. I will now fill out a BBB complaint. Not only was ABC auto glass reasonable in price, they were also quick and went above and beyond my expectation. Mike, the manager handled an additional issue that I had with my window opener knobs which saved me time, money and frustration. When my windshield needed to be replaced couple of weeks ago due to a big crack, I went back to ABC auto glass because I knew they are great! They were quick and their price was good. The rearview mirror fell off taking a chunk of windshield with it and they did NOTHING to help. I have used this company before and they did a great job. However, I recently bought a new vehicle which had very minor chips in the front window and wanted to fix it before the weather started to get cold. When the job was finished, upon inspection my car had damage to my weather strip in the lower corner. The tool use to remove the weather strip clearly chewed it up pretty bad. When I showed Mike this he replied, "Don't worry no on can see it, its an older piece and its hard to remove". I told him that this car is my baby and it matter to me. Then on the other side there was some residue from the tape used to secure my window. Mike then grabbed some spray and began to rub, He rubbed it so hard that it removed the paint. I told him not to worry about it, I have friends that can remove it. "No, no I got it", Mike said then he rub the windshield strip raw. When I asked him to fix it or paint it he said no. All I was trying to do was help and referred me to grab someone off the street, one of those paint /dent repair shoppes... Ok, i know all he was doing was trying to help but never the less he stilled damage my car. I even have a recording on my phone with Mike admitting he damaged my car and still all he said was "sorry I cannot help you". the damage to my car is $465.30. I even went back with 2 estimations and still he turned his back on me saying all I was trying to do was help. I have kept my calm not once did I raise my voice and still he turned his back on his customer even after admitting he did it. read more
