Cesar and his team did an amazing job replacing the headliner in my 2001 BMW 740iL. I even changed the color from gray to black, and ABC painted all the gray plastic parts to match. It was excellent work and I could not be happier. There was an issue with some small scratches on the roof, but even that was immediately taken care of with absolutely no hassle. I can't say enough about the pride they take in their work and standing up and being accountable for any mistakes - it's a rarity these days. Cesar had said that he could help me with my sun visor. Every upholstery shop I called didn't do this type of work. So I drove my car over to him to replace it. For years I have been driving with the sun in my eyes. Toyota Shop wanted $300 dollars to replace it. This price was Outrageous I had a feeling someone could do it cheaper. ABC was that business that I could trust. As I was about to leave ABC my FOB to my Matrix fell apart. The metal part was stuck in the ignition, Cesar came back to help me get the metal part out so I could drive my car. He was an Angel to me and I would trust him with work on my car's upholstery. I went down to have my passenger side in my 2023 Honda Accord raised up because we were sitting too low my wife said she cannot see out the window so we went down he charges and adequate price he redid the whole seat brought us up at least three inches and we were very very happy he also said well we do home and posteries too well we had a nice couch and needed to be recovered so we decided on a price I would say it was me being a tight ass was a very expensive price my wife said it's nice so he brought his samples over we settled on this particular material he took the couch talking about a week and a half but it'll come back beautiful then he came and took the love seat and that came back beautiful now he's taking her antique rocking chair and he's going to recover that I have to say he likes to talk a little bit but he's a really likeable young man he's been in this business for quite a while for his age he did a wonderful job I would recommend him highly he's very charming kind of little b******* attitude but you got to love somebody like that he does a great great job and I recommend him so highly and I'm a skeptic I don't trust anybody LOL read more

I needed/wanted to update my 1999 SLK 230, the interior was very worn, I'd dealt with ABC under the previous owner, I can say that Cesar is all about customer service. I brought my car in and we discussed options,one of his guys showed me some trim on his car and off we went. My original seats were black and a light gray, we bounced around for quite a while and settled on a Mercedes AMG red with the gray centers and black piping, Cesar's employee's idea, red head rests and red door handles and red center console storage lid.. With a complete repaint of the interior, Mercedes SLK's were painted with literally water based paint, ugh. I'll let the pictures speak for themselves. I've been getting rave reviews on the updated look. The workmanship was top notch, we had one small detail that needed repair and Cesar took care of it. I do not normally review good businesses, because "doing good" seems to be the norm nowadays. In my opinion, only business with excellent customer service truly deserves a shout out. And ABC Auto Upholstery exceeds my expectation. ABC was recommended to me by a car detail-er to fix the head liner of my Porsche Cayman. I brought the car to ABC, talked to Cesar Portillo, the owner, and scheduled a drop off a week later. A week later, a new head liner was installed into my car. I paid and left happily. But in the next morning, to my surprise, I found out that the head liner was in black color, instead of the gray color of the car interior. I brought the car back to ABC, discussed with Cesar, and the first surprise was that he agreed to replace the liner without any hesitation. At that time, I offered to pay for the liner material, and ABC would cover the labor cost for the replacement. We scheduled another drop off 2 weeks later. ABC installed the new liner with the correct grey color this 2nd time. But my biggest surprise, when I picked up the car, was Cesar did not take my payment for the material as agreed, and he insisted that ABC would cover the full replacement just to make me happy. To me, a business, that sincerely accept and happily correct their honest mistake, like ABC is hard to find. There was a disgusting hole in leather upholstery on the driver side of my car. I was OK driving with this hole for years, but when the time has come to sell the car, I was embarrassed to give it to anyone in such a condition. So I needed to repair the hole before selling the car. I have been referred to ABC Upholstery by a friendly body shop. I had a rear vintage bus VW seat that unbeknownst to me had been destroyed by squirrels and possums living inside my bus. The seat fabric and stuffing had been destroyed and the frame and metal support and springs were horribly rusted and I thought beyond repair. Cesar and his staff resurrected my seats and de rusted and painted the frame, installed new burlap and support straps and springs, and professionally installed the fabric. The seats look brand new top to bottom. They give close attention to detail and have a true artistic eye. I'm definitely coming back to this very pleasant shop! Five stars! read more

My 2013 E350 driver's seat bottom had started to tear along a seam some time ago and had gotten to where it tore a bit more each time I sat in it. I called a couple of places to get quotes and after one very impatient and rude conversation with another highly rated shop, I spoke with Mona who was very pleasant, knew exactly what I needed right over the phone and even knew the cost. Three days later I dropped the car off in the morning and that afternoon I had a brand new seat cover - virtually indistinguishable from the original. Matches perfect. Don't replace the seat in your auto. Take it to ABC Auto Upholstery. I have a 2014 Mercedes C250 that had wear in both the upper and lower driver's side front seat. I had purchased a replacement cover from eBay and took it to ABC. They told me "it wasn't authentic" (it wasn't) and they couldn't do anything with it. They could (and did) repair the seat. The repairs were well done. In fact, it was so well done that I made an appointment to have the upper seat repaired. Excellent, professional work at a reasonable price. read more

Took my 1985 Toyota 4x4 to get the drivers seat repaired, stuffing gone to the metal. She found material fixed the seat like new even added stuffing to the back so I would be more comfortable. I then brought my 2002 Beetle Sport which had a torn seat for many years. The care she took to match it paid off. While dropping off the car I noticed the seam in my drivers seat had come apart, she replaced that also. Mona did an amazing job re-upholstering the cushion of my seat for my '73 Dodge Coronet. I provided a roll of some new old stock vinyl and she made it look just like new at a fraction of what I was quoted at five other places in the West Valley area. She even let me pay with my card over the phone since I work and commute during her operating hours. She's very knowledgable about the materials needed. I wish I could give this place a good review since they seem like nice people, but they put deep scratches in the roof of my car when removing the sunroof and redoing the headliner. My son's car ('03 BMW 330ci) had leather upholstery that was separating at the seams on both driver and front passenger flank seats. Also the driver seat leather was cracked and split. The rear seat headrests were splitting, and the fabric covered windshield supports were peeling off. Took the car to several auto upholstery shops and got ridiculous quotes. Took it to Mona and she was much more reasonable. She got hides that matched and fabric that was really close to the original. I was referred to this shop by my auto service place. My 98 Audi Cabriolet convertible has rear window that was worn out and had some visibility issues while driving. I contacted the owner Mona and got an appt scheduled for the next day drop off. The shop completed the work in 2 days. I must say that they did a decent job replacing the rear vinyl window along with minor fixes around the car. Not to mention that the price was very competitive to the market.
