I had my tesla done last year with beautiful custom fit 2 tone seat covers. The installation was great, the car looked great and all was very good. Last moth I took my car to Tesla for service these A holes ripped/damaged the front seat cover and took of the back seat cover. I did not know how to install it back. I called Valencia's after a year, he took me in reinstalled the seat covers, made it look like new again. This is what I call service above and beyond. I am now a customer for life and of course the car looks great as the day I installed it last year. I can only wish more businesses will show this level of customer service and commitment. It is very hard to find people that are willing to go extra mile, well... this guys are. Just left this shop as happy as can be. First Gilbert found me a camper shell that I wanted and all other places had at least 3-6 month ETA on and this guy had it delivered the next day. Second I couldn't come there during the day and came after work about an hour before they close explained the urgency and Gilbert with couple of his employees stayed late just so I have my camper shell by the morning. I don't know much about upholstery work. I recently bought a gently used car and had a rip in the leather seat. I had no idea I could have the leather seat "repaired" so I bought all leather seat covers. When I received them they were the wrong color. I took my car to Valencia Custom Upholstery. I asked Gilbert if my leather seat could be repaired. He assured me it could be. I was happy to learn that section with the ugly rip could be repaired and I would not have to replace all the seats. I took my car in to get a patch upholstery on driver door that I was told would be complete in a couple hours and it took almost a week to get the car back. I had to return the car because the window would not roll down and they claimed that the clip broke on its own so I had to buy a new part and bring it back AGAIN.... Valencia doesn't know WTF he is doing, I've been trying to get my HID & fog lamps installed for the past 3 weeks. First it takes 2 weeks for the parts to even arrive, then the parts get there, but he didn't order the HID's. Now i have to wait 4 more days for him to order the right bulbs. HE SHOULD OF DONE THIS 2 WEEKS AGO!!!!! Now my fog lamps don't work properly & I'm waiting another week for them to get in. Also, he used speaker wire instead of electrical wire, left my HID ballasts just hanging under my frame & left wire exposed, Cheap Bastard Go somewhere else for your car parts.... read more
