Area is still hoody and full of LOE®, so lock ya car.

He lived really close to me and came to my spot, diagnosed the issue right away, and patched up my tire, saving me a grip on an expense I didn't need during the holidays. After the patch up, he thoroughly inspected my tire to ensure no other air bubbles were coming out, spraying it down and carefully checking. He put it back, told me what to look out for, and then he gave me great advice to wait til the New Year to buy new tires since most ppl would have a sale, which I did. My new tires will be coming in soon, but I really would've had a crappier Christmas if I didn't have his help. All of this happened within an HOUR by the way on a Sunday night at 8pm, right before Christmas. I mean, come on, where else can you find service like that? Fair warning - the neighborhood for a second sounded like an Auto Shop cuz of the loud power drill he had to use, but it was necessary to get it done fast. My neighbors who came out all worried to check where the noise was coming from were fine in the end (just scared cuz of all the local car thefts). Also, he doesn't carry change, so if you plan to pay in cash, just be ready - makes everything easier! Overall, amazing experience. The shop did admit fault and agreed to pay, but I'm still waiting on the check he gave me to process in my bank, which has been frustratingly slow. What makes it worse is how avoidable this was. This isn't a complex custom job--it's a basic exhaust install that any competent shop should be able to handle without issues. Damaging a fuel tank is a serious mistake, not just a small slip-up. Just putting this out there so others are aware. If you're planning to get work done here, especially on a newer car, I'd be cautious and ask a lot of questions upfront. After doing extensive research on MPP suspension upgrades, I reached out to TDW Auto and sent a summary of my desired scope of work, my budget, and a request for feedback on whether I had the correct approach in addressing my concerns. From Will's first response, we had seamless back-and-forth conversations over E-mail and text to clarify the current setup of my car, highlight my major concerns, address these concerns with the proper MPP upgrades, and align on my budget, must-haves, and nice-to-haves. There was never once an upsell; only cautionary words of unnecessary upgrades for my use case, which is really just the daily work commute in a lowered setup for personal aesthetic purposes. My original request included MPP front upper control arms and rear traction arms with my Unplugged Performance lowering springs, along with swapping out the front lowering control arms and rear camber arms. However, Will explained that the FUCAs and traction arms served no improved performance for commuting, and that the existing springs were more of a budget-friendly fit that compromised on long-term performance due to its reliance on Tesla stock dampers. Instead, he recommended swapping out the springs for MPP coilovers, and replacing the toe arms in conjunction with the camber arms to improve upon long-term lowered car hardware wear-and-tear. I followed up with Will after our virtual exchanges to get his opinions in person. He took me out for a test ride with me in the passenger seat, immediately identifying that my dampers were squeaking noticeably and that hard cornering at highway speeds felt bumpier than it should. Additionally, he patiently answered all my technical questions over the hour I was there, and adjusted the quotation when I made the final decisions on the suspension refresh. Will was completely transparent about pricing: he categorized the costs by the "front" and "rear," clearly highlighting the number of hours required to replace the front control arms, coilovers, and rear camber and toe arms. Alignment was included in the coilover work as well as solid front lower control arm pressing. He was even able to slot me in his 2-3 weeks' booked schedule on short notice because I wanted to complete the suspension refresh before making a drive to Canada. I picked up my car today after leaving my car overnight, and am extremely satisfied with my decision and results. Jeep Cares knew about the Jeep Delaminating -X81 Warranty but has shown little concern--even after I explained that this is a serious safety issue, as it could prevent the airbags from deploying properly in the event of an accident. Definitely, they don't care and closed my case twice. I even reported it to 7 on Your Side but still nothing. They just referred me to the Bureau of Automotive Repairs. On top of that, I couldn't even find a shop willing to take on the job. Six years later... my driver seat torn so I found Craig's Auto Upholstery to repair the job and that came out awesome. Obviously, they saw my dashboard and advised me that they can also fix it. Craig's Auto Upholstery not only took it on, but absolutely exceeded my expectations. Victor was confident and went above and beyond--the original leather had become so hard and damaged that he had to create his own template from scratch. He carefully matched the vinyl and stitching so it looks just like the original, if not better. The process itself was no small job. An electrician had to remove the entire dashboard and then reconnect everything afterward, and it was all done seamlessly. The quality of the work is incredible--my dash looks amazing, like new again. You can tell they take pride in their craftsmanship and truly know what they're doing. And it only took Victor, Jorge and their Electrician a day and a half to complete the job making it seem like this was an easy project to them! After years of stress over this issue, it feels like such a relief to finally have it fixed the right way.
