Been coming to this pharmacy for a little while now. What got me started here is because I am very sensitive to certain medications or medication combinations. Being that I have to take them for my allergies it's something I have to work with. First of all, the staff here is very knowledgeable, thorough and I have learned so much. Of course I have my favorite pharmacist that I work with and he is so great. He worked with me to develop a skin cream that is specialized for me. They even know my first and last name, I'm not just a number to them. The other thing that is great is that they worked with my insurance company to get my medication covered. That was such a load off of my back, they know their special pharmacy lingo which if I had to call my insurance about, I probably would have had a much harder time getting it approved. Even my hubby gets any of his prescriptions filled here now. Not only is it easier to get everything done at one place but they also deliver! It saves SO much time. As someone who is primarily taking the bus it's a great service for me to utilize. If I did drive though, I would take advantage of their valet service, how cool is that, valet at a pharmacy, what? And just because I am an addict, I am also able to get my Hello Kitty fix here, LOVE IT! Because of the time that went into creating my prescription and not to mention that my body is responding so well to the medication I received here, this place leaves other pharmacies in the dust, it is by far the best pharmacy I've dealt with since I've been in Los Angeles. read more

I don't know if these folks had their friends or family post good reviews but there is no way! I was early for my Dr.'s appointment so I stopped by this pharmacy to get some eye drops. Their prices were outrageous but I was really in a bind so I chose to buy one anyway. I walk up to the counter and although I'm the only customer in the store at the time, and there's like 5 of them behind the counter, it takes an unreasonable amount of time for any of them to acknowledge that I'm standing there waiting to check out. After 5 minutes, I politely say "excuse me, can I pay for this?" One of them waves a hand at me and says "I'll be right with you". Another five minutes goes by and that same girl walks down and asks me "Can I help you?" Can you help me! I just want to pay and leave. Her reply was that she doesn't know how to use the register and I need someone else. Another five minutes goes by and another girl comes down. "Can I help you?" Are you for real? I love ABC. I use a very specific cream that other pharmacies have had difficulty procuring. ABC was able to make a cream that no other pharmacy was able to compound...and at a fraction of the cost! Excellent value. The location is convenient and it is easy to find parking. Plus, the staff is friendly and informative. Ben was able to answer all of my questions. This is the worst pharmacy in the valley! They don't even know how to enter a credit card. I pay right in time every month and have excelkent credit! I have multiple sclerosis Parkinson's disease and high blood pressure and a severe fissure. They called me on the way to my doctor and said my credit card was denied! I never in my life had a credit card denied! I called citi bank and they told me to have them enter it again and it still came up denied I got scared and cancelled the card which was at Amazon and all other places they caused me a lot of aggregation plus they were five dollars more than another compound pharmacy for the same prescription. The owner did apologize but it was too late. Stay away! read more

Unbelievable lack of professionalism and concern for patients. They refuse to work with the insurance to get medication paid for, mail prescriptions they tell you they are delivering, provide no tracking information. They refused to acknowledge they did not have the medication. They refused to indicate when they might be able to obtain it, in the interim the patient goes without necessary medication. They obstruct medication once it's paid for with no regard to the patient. I have filed one complaint with the Pharmaceutical Board, getting ready to file a second. When I asked the name of the person with whom I was speaking, she gave a an Americanized first name and the initial "B" stating (without solicitation) "that's all I'm required to give you." I came to ABC because I was sick of dealing with the lack of personal attention and expertise at the big chain pharmacies. The staff here really knows what they are talking about, which is a really nice change, and they also are willing to actually talk to you about what you are taking or if there is an alternative. I almost forgot that pharmacists know this information because when was the last time you were offered information or advice from your pharmacist that was actually very helpful? From questions about which doctors offices to go to for certain specialties, to simple questions about side effects of my medicines, the staff here is always willing to help. It is a welcomed relief and I am so happy I found this pharmacy. read more

Horrible pharmacy!!!!! Not only do they pick and choose who they would like to fill a prescription for but they are very rude especially the women that work there... they gave me the run around and made me go back and forth with my dentist as they saw my face how much pain I was in and they could have cared less to fill my prescription first they didn't want to fill it because of the date and second time I came it was the form what gives this place any right to choose who they fill a prescription for I couldn't be more upset read more

It's shameful that when people are in need they sell a $4 hand sanitiser for $19. Price gouging at its finest. Noticed the receipt after I bought it. Would have never paid that otherwise. Reporting them to the city for price gouging. read more

I have really good news about this pharmacy they did not know me and they still took my medication filled it and they normally don't so that was really nice of them. The most important thing I have to say about this I had two broken feet and my prescription was a narcotic and they didn't know me but they still filled it and now in my life I'm having troubles in finding a pharmacy to fill my Norco's as I have MS and that's what I take for my pain management so thank you maybe I can get you to help me out but I think I may go to the mail order on my insurance so thank you read more

Very helpful, GREAT customer service! I have had a problem a couple of times with my RX, unrelated to ABC Pharm, and the staff went out of their way each time to solve the problem for me. One time they knew of a discount offered for my med by the manufacturer that I didn't, and saved me a lot of money. I also have had medication shipped to me (their suggestion) at no extra charge, they stayed a tad late once for my husband. I'll never go to those terrible large chains again! read more

I wish there was another compounding pharmacy as close to my house as this one because the compounder here is a remarkably foul person. I've only ever been here twice and both times he was incredibly condescending and rude. The first time, I had asked for a second, smaller bottle for my dog's liquid medication since the syringe is too small to draw up from the large bottle once it is halfway empty. He could not comprehend why I would request such a thing no matter how I explained it, and gave me a huge attitude for making such a request. The second time, he had told me my dog's medication would be ready on Tuesday afternoon. I told him that I would be by either Tuesday afternoon or Wednesday. I went on Tuesday afternoon and he told me that it was not ready since I said I would be by on Wednesday. Fine...simple misunderstanding ...whatever. Early Wednesday afternoon I get a nasty phone call asking if I am coming by or not, because I didn't show up Wednesday morning like I had promised. I was absolutely stunned by the amount of attitude in his voice as he asked me this. I proceeded to express my frustration at not only his lack of organization but also his nastiness, but the best apology I could get was a snarky, sing-song "okaaaayyyyyyy....." and that he was sorry I "interpreted" an attitude and that we had a "misunderstanding". I have no idea what this guy's deal is but he clearly does not want my business. read more

MISTAKES on at least 10 meds!! Ignore allergies in their records. Claim they deliver but change their story after the first free delivery. I picked up my last prescriptions today and watched the delivery guy take myriad prescriptions with him. Nothing like scammers that hook ill people with false claims of free delivery and suddenly force you to find a way to get out of bed and drive those excruciatingly painful 2 miles. If I wanted crappy service, I could drive 1/2 mile to a chain store that is open 24/7. A BS pharmacy isn't even open on weekends when emergencies occur. No benefit here unless you work in the building 9-5 read more
