I needed a new bumper and headlight, etc. Larry has a lot of experience working with insurance companies. He referred me to an Enterprise Rental Car place that was close to his shop. He had such a good working relationship with them that they came to the shop and picked me up. When my car was ready, I was able to leave the rental car and keys with him and he took care of coordinating with Enterprise. He dealt with the insurance company directly, to figure out pricing and adjustments and all that. It also ended up that he wasn't able to find a part and was nice enough to pay me the money for it, that he'd received from the insurance company. He also prevented the insurance company from deeming my car totaled, so I could get the most out of it. It was a very surprising act of kindness and generosity on his part.
