Honestly this is the most unprofessional towing company ever ! full of disrespectful people especially the youngest lady there, who works as "receptionist " at the front desk! she had the ugliest attitude Ive ever seen. No good customer service at all from any of these people. the place itself looked like the inside of someone's apartment. They had kids shoes and baby bottles on the floor in the front and also had their kids running around in the back like hello? It's supposed to be a professional establishment! to add to this Cristian Luna, who is the guy who towed my vehicle tried to charge me 250 dollars when I stopped him while he was inside my apartments still! when the drop fee is only supposed to be 150 ! So he basically tried to take an extra 100 for himself to keep. These people are a joke and they will try and get you for more money ! read more

Absolutely horrible experience. My car was towed by Advanced Towing due to a parking-related HOA violation in my neighborhood. When I went to retrieve the car the next day on their lot in Indio, I discovered that my car--along with many others on the lot--had been broken into. My car was fortunately unlocked, so my window wasn't shattered, unlike several others whose windows were broken. However, they did manage to steal my credit cards, clothes, and AirPods. When I asked the employee about the break-ins, they said it was very common and that there was nothing they can do about it. A police report was filed, and I also submitted a formal report to my HOA regarding the unsatisfactory vendors they are using. I don't understand why Advanced Towing continues towing vehicles when they know cars on their lot are routinely broken into. There is an extreme lack of care and responsibility for customers' vehicles. There are no cameras, no secure fencing, no security, no dogs--nothing to protect the cars in their possession. If your car gets towed to this location, I am extremely sorry. Completely unacceptable. read more

In a world full of bad towing reviews I want to sing the praises of Eduardo Guzman. My husband's car needed to be taken to the dealership after breaking down on the 10 Freeway the previous night. My husband had had a terrible time with a different tow company the night before and just wanted the car picked up and delivered safely. Eduardo was amazing; it was a difficult job loading the car as it was stuck in gear and couldn't find the release; apparently a flaw with the F-Pace Jag. However, the car was loaded and delivered as requested. Thanks Eduardo, your customer service was above and beyond, you were patient, kind and professional, a credit to Advanced Towing! read more

Really bad service not only was the original wait time about an hour and a half when booked through AAA afterwards i was forced to wait an extra hour. They must have had a busy day because the driver was making some pretty fast and sharp turns which made the whole ride really uncomfortable. read more

Just Say NO to Advance Towing! The technician Christian didn't even call to confirm the address with us! So instead of calling us to confirm the address Christian goes to the wrong address. Then when he finally gets to us 1 hr later he's a complete jerk and already upset that he was even there! First of all we have AAA if they gave you the wrong address then we are sorry, that wasn't on us. So when Christian gets in the truck he presses the brake all the way in, we tried to ask him not to step on the brakes so much because one of our hose being cracked and leaking excessively. You can still put the car into gear without stepping on the brake so much, I would have gladly done it. So Christian puts our truck in neutral then closes the door. (We'll in order to put my truck in neutral, you have to be seated in the truck with the door closed, then place it in neutral.) wouldn't you know that the truck would not roll, so Christian gets back into my truck and repeatedly steps on the brakes all the while my brake fluid is leaking out the crack. I pointed out that all the fluid was leaking and he got upset . Mr. I know my job said " we'll your not letting me do my job, you need to call someone else to tow your truck!" After you drained what brake fluid I had left hopefully nothing else needs to be fixed now. Or your will be hearing from my lawyer. I hope you get FIRED! read more

People working for this place are nothing but a bunch of dishonest, disgusting, scamming pigs! Was told by Cassandra it'd be $84 per day estimating a total around $400 for 4 days. Walked in on THE MORNING OF THE 4TH DAY and just because they can and/or say so, increased the total to 5 days at a $730 fee, which even then for a 5th day would've turn out to a total of say around $500. And though they more than likely care less about this and other reviews because they're getting their money regardless, may this serve to anyone having the need to deal any sort of business with these things, be very wary and if possible obtain quotes/pricing in written form for your benefit. read more

Advanced towing is hands down the best towing company we have come across. Our BMW was involved in a car accident in Indio and was nonfunctioning. We are located in the bay area and after several attempts with our TRIPLE A, other towing companies & a shipping companies. they were unable to assist us with the process. We called advanced towing, they were quick & very helpful. Within 15 minutes of us calling they met us at the pick up location. JR assisted with hauling our car onto a flatbed we rented from Uhaul. The 112 degree wether did not stop him from assisting us, He was efficient and super quick! Both him and his Dad were very helpful and understanding during this stressful time. From the beginning of the conversation, they walked us through the complicated process and were very honest on Pros & Cons. We offered JR a tip for his great work & he very humbly denied. This towing company is horrible, i spoke to one of them and ask for a price Saturday he told me it's cheaper to get it Monday, we got it Monday the price goes up I don't know if he knows what he is talking about, keep denying that he didn't say that # To me and my husband if you call them record your conversation with them because they don't know what they are talking about record so you have a prof that that's what they told you. Had my vehicle towed with this company, and In transit from point A to B the keys got lost I called the company to get it resolved and no luck, we have video surveillance footage and witnesses that can proof me giving the keys to the driver of the tow truck , now the company is saying they are not responsible for the keys lost and the driver is saying he never received the keys from anyone clearly lying to his boss and everyone involved in this situation, now I'm at a financial loss of of $500 + to get a new key blade made and alarm fob. read more

My car died while on a pleasure trip to the mountains of Idyllwild. It was a Saturday and I had no towing options as there is only one available tow truck in Idlewild and it was not available to leave the mountain on Saturday. Advance towing drove all the way from Indio to Idlewild which is about 60 miles to bring my car back to Pep Boys. They did it without hesitation at a decent price and kept me posted throughout the entire process without me even present because I took a Uber ride home. By the time I got home they were in the process of transporting it, got it safely to the cathedral city Pep Boys where I get my repairs done and had dropped its keys in the after hours dropbox. A seamless operation that could've gone very badly without there expert help. Thank you Irwin, the driver that performed perfectly! I have never used this company before and I was very happy that I did. My moms vehicle died and I tried everything to get it started. After many failed attempts I gave up and called all the tow companies I most commonly saw. I am not a AAA member so it was a shock to find Advanced Towing with such a great price. I called Plaza Towing, ABC Towing & Rons Towing and all wanted $150.00+. When I called Advanced Towing I was happy to hear they only wanted $85 for the same distance I got quoted for by the other companies. I got the nicest lady on the phone and an equally as nice tow truck driver. The driver got to my location way sooner than the hour I was told over the phone. I will be using them again for all tow needs and I will be recommending them to friends and family. I thank both the lady & the driver for being so nice. On Feb. 3rd, 2019 I got a flat on route 10 East near the Cactus City Rest area. My insurance company's road side assistance contacted Advanced towing. Advanced Towing was in constant contact via text and phone call with an update on time of arrival of the driver and location of driver. I must have gotten at least 4 or 5 calls or texts from them, within a 30 minute time frame. Driver was onsite in 25 minutes. They towed me to the tire shop and left. after my tire was repaired, I got in my car to drive away and I noticed a knocking coming from the front where my car was hooked for the tow. I drove to the nearest Chrysler Dealership. The dealer put car on lift and found the sway bar was pulled from bushing. I called Advanced towing, they sent the driver over, he met with the dealership's mechanic, they showed him what they found, and without hesitation the tow driver said they would pay for repairs..
