If I could give no stars, I would in a heart beat. The class schedules are do-able and they have good classes available. They have nice instructors pretty cool ones. But the staff up front, they are really bad in all type of customer service. Rude when speaking to you, always interrupting you, answering phone calls unprofessional and giving you attitude like they are the shit. I would not refer anyone here because of the bad customer services, and bad payment plans and over charge, keep your receipts with you and DO NOT LOSE THEM! read more

I started this 9-month program in june and im finishing up this month. This whole process has been such a hassle but this program was very easy and helpful. The staff in the office is very helpful and friendly when you call! Robert was my counselor and he was great, very easy to talk to and so knowledgable about everything we discussed in class. DONT ENROLL - RUDE LADIES LAUGH AT YOUR ANXIETY, YELL AT YOU, FUCKING BITCHES. I Enrolled online providing all requested information. Received no response for 5 business days. Sent an email to receive a response. Enrolled paid and set up intake appointment. Address on Google is incorrect, now 5 min late I call to ask for help with directions. I say, "hey it's (name) and I'm sorry I'm late I'm walking around the building lost where do I go?" She replies "back of the building suite I!!!" I said "wait wait the address says 6400 suite d" she cuts me off "are you at xyz (didn't know the name) business? It's 6400 back of the beholding I!" And tries to hang up the phone I said wait no no I need help I'm lost and she proceeds to be rude. I walk into office two ladies ignore me. I say hello and then they both erupt yelling at me telling me to go outside. I immediately asked to be refunded as I do not want to do business with rude people. They threatened to call the cops etc. bull shit rude bitches. read more

I would not recommend this. They over charge you and they don't keep good track of payments so if you don't save your receipt you end up paying it again. I didn't like how the video they showed was religiously oriented either. The whole programs poorly planned. Go somewhere else. read more

School signed me up for the wrong program and they didn't realize this until i completed the entire program went to the DMV and got rejected from getting my license. They have zero communication with court and DMV. this is a stand alone profit based organization. SCAM alert. My advise to anyone and everyone attending this facility is to find another facility that won't screw you over. read more

Great people at this school. They made the experience relatively painless. The ladies in the office are friendly and helpful. The counselor, Jim Cressop, is a great guy. He was able to make the 2 hours somewhat entertaining. He enjoys hearing other people's stories and encourages group participation. Awful. They find ways to charge you and the front desk ladies are sweet but beyond incompetent. They also operate as though you have no other commitments like work or children forcing you to come in during business hours and then they'll send you back to court when you can't schedule a meeting during business hours and they will charge you $200 penalty. read more

My time with ABC Traffic programs was a life changing experience for me, not only did they make me feel welcomed but the staff , Rachel, Alex & Wendy were all super nice, courteous and most of all made sure any of my questions were completely answered! Will not recommend this school. Most people already have to pay the court and this school will charges you for everything. There is other schools in orange county that will charge less with less restrictions. On average this school charge 10-40% more than others schools. If you want to reschedule a class the fee is $20.00. If your one min late they will charge you $20.00. If you didn't make your payment on time they will charge you $20.00. Bottom line is that they don't have great teachers for the money they are charging you and since I've been there I had 3 different Instructor's. Another point is that they only offer few classes per week. read more
