They hired , a fence company out of Indiana, called Render Fences. I apologize for the long post however I promise you is all relevant and accurate!! My experience with RENDER FENCE company has been beyond infuriating and disappointing, Sadly my experience is not an isolated issue. If you search their reviews and people's posts you will see it is an absolutely horrible company. Their customer service is the ABSOLUTE WORST of any company I have ever dealt with! Kara is the project manager we were assigned and she has done absolutely nothing to support us!! She NEVER returns phone calls, I left many many messages for her and she never returned any of them but when I called from a phone number that she didn't recognize she magically answered the phone. I expressed my concerns to her and requested 4 times to speak with the manager or owner which she refused!! She simply said I will get back with you and she NEVER DID! The contractor they sent out no showed on 4 different days! The project was promised to be completed in 2 days, but it actually took 12 days!! The contractor they sent out did not come equipped with the tools needed to do the job, the fence sections are different sizes, the fence was moved and it isn't on our property now, the gate doesn't close, NO CONCRETE was placed outside /around the hollow posts to support them, the fence is sitting on the ground in many many places, it has giant holes around most of the posts where the dirt is caving in because there is absolutely NO concrete on the outside of the hollow poles. The fence lasted 5 days and it is leaning and falling down. I paid $10,000 for this fence and there is absolutely NOTHING done correctly!! It is an absolute train wreck I am positive Kindergartners would have done a better job! Even LOWES states it needs to be torn down and started over! The gate doesn't close at all. The hardware is so scratched up from the gate dragging across it when we try to close the gate! The contractor YOU sent out did not have the tools needed to do the job and used mine. The fence is no longer even on our property!! The sections of fence are all different widths because they put a different number of panels in each section which caused them to end the fence short of the house!! There is ABSOLUTELY nothing done correctly and RENDER FENCE is taking 0 responsibility for the contractor THEY chose! I did not choose them and was not even allowed to know the name of them prior to them finally showing at my house. Most likely because they knew they were not a reputable business and I would find out ! All while this nightmare is going on we are contacting LOWES multiple times a day trying to get support and they just simply do not return phone calls or emails! There has been absolutely NO SUPPORT FROM LOWES (which is who we hired) . We have gone into our local Lowe's store in Jackson mi and spoke. With the store manager several times who just keeps telling us yeah that fence is garbage and needs to be torn down and put up correctly but there isn't anything I can do about it! Lowe's corporate just care either, we just simply are not important enough to get support!! LOWES , a multi million dollar company could not be bothered with this $10,000 nightmare!! I go in and they plug it in and (the motor was sounding horrible!) the motor squeals and he says, it's the motor! Really? As if I couldn't tell. So before heading in I had looked up the motor and knew what I was looking at $$ wise just labor i was curious about and to know that the motor was my only problem. He continues, yeah your motor is shot and unfortunately I worry that if I started messing with this it could break and they don't make parts for these anymore. Mind you my husband bought me this six years ago, yes I know they don't sell them anymore but I have bought replacement parts for this and have had no issue finding them whatsoever! So I told him I looked up the motor and found it on amazon ($33.96) so he looks it up and found it for $47! Of course he said it would be free shipping. What a load of crap! He says I can buy the motor and just pay labor, which is only $49! I said forget it and he threw up his hands and walked away. I was curious if I asked about his products if that would change his attitude. Of course it did and now I know I will never go back. 10 min to remove clean and replace the motor. $35 with tax And I got free shipping (who knew that was available to anyone other than him!) and my shampooed works again. FYI I am a caregiver not an electrician or mathematician or rocket scientist. I did not use YouTube to figure out how to fix my machine. This is not a hard thing to do and done yourself can be much cheaper. People like that prey on the naive. Know your stuff before you head in, and unless you want to put another gold bracelet on his arm fix it yourself. Lastly, if he would have been even slightly nicer, I would have paid him to fix it. On Friday the 21st of June I was notified that my delivery date was rescheduled for July 1st between 10:30am - 2:30pm. I confirmed the date and time the Friday prior to delivery. On the day of delivery I received a text again confirming the day and time, at this point we got rid of our old appliances to make room. At 2:30pm when the driver still hasn't shown up, I called and was informed that the driver was held up at the house prior to mine, and that they needed 30 more minutes. At 3:30pm still no driver and no communication. My husband called and was at that time informed that our appliances were in a different state all together, that they have just made it to their warehouse and that they needed to again reschedule for the 6th of July. After the 6th without any communication and no appliances, we called again and was then told our delivery date is the 10th of July. The appliances delivery tracker still says our scheduled delivery date is the 1st. Take my warning and save yourself a lot of headaches and go anywhere else for purchasing appliances.

The following week, someone from the company called to inform us the part was in. We did not go ahead with the second part, for a couple of reasons, first, is this really the problem or will they find something else after this part is installed?  Did we need the first part? Second, had we known at the first service call we were going to need $600 work of parts/service, we would not have gone ahead with the first part, instead we would have chosen another option. It is hard to believe a less than 5 year old dishwasher needs both parts. We would not recommend this company. It is very disappointing to contact a service company expecting the "experts" to be able to diagnose the problem. If the service person would have inspected the dishwasher at the initial visit, three weeks later we wouldn't be without a working dishwasher.  Do your homework and read the reviews. I wish we would have.

I was informed the fee was $109.00 for diagnosis and travel. I have no issues with that. The issue is that the tech diagnosed it immediately and wanted to replace the inside basket with spinner And tub for more than what the washer cost new when I purchased it 5 years ago, including 120.00 for shipping on a part that they were already charging for, which is also available on Amazon for the same price and free shipping. They also do not apply the diagnostic fee towards your invoice. I will make sure to lose their number!
