Stay Away! They are much more expensive than MicroCenter next door, sell pirated software and incredibly old stock. I bought a new computer from Nevatech that started having problems within a week of purchase. Nevatech blamed Microsoft. After re-installing Windows10 I noticed that the product code they had stuck to the back of the computer was for Windows7! This is 2018. Where the heck do you find a Windows7 product code sticker in 2018?!? That is how old their stock is. While trying to get my new computer to work, I noticed that the assembly quality was really bad. Nevatech managed to install the graphics card crooked - it looks like someone ham-fisted the card onto the motherboard. This may explain my wifi problems and blue screens of death. Of course, Nevatech blames all the problems on Microsoft. Maybe it's because Nevatech installed a pirate version of Windows10? Maybe it's all the missing drivers? Maybe it's the bent video card / motherboard? These are not professional people. They are unethical and willing to charge you for services not performed and products not delivered. Honestly, these people are horrible. Their 100% profit on the pirated Windows10Pro ($200.00) is probably more profit than anything MicroCenter sells, and I wouldn't have noticed it except Nevatech did such a horrible job assembling my computer that it blue-screened to death in the first week. They are so incompetent that they couldn't even assemble a computer and install drivers... which led to problems which made me realize they even pirated the operating system. Stay Away! read more

Best place for computer buying and repair!!

I love this store. Named after the owner (Neva), it is located in the Microcenter parking lot, and I always check to see if Nevatech has what I need before I make the laborious trip into microcenter. Most often I go to NevaTech to but official Apple iPhone charging cables. I also bought a laptop for work there, and my Mom bought her desktop computer there. They had a hard to find PC power supply when I needed it for work. (Best Buy didn't carry it). Best of all Neva is very friendly and so is everyone who works there. read more

Paid $200.00 for a computer cleaning and repair only to return in less than 12 days because computor not working. Upon my return they tell me my "computer to old, you need new one", wow that would have been great advice before I spent $200. On repairs. They put in another mother board I returned home and computor still won't come on. read more

I drove a hour and a half one way just to have Neva work on my desk top. she could have sold me a new hard drive but she corrected my problems in windows. She is honest and fair pricing, and fixed my problems while I waited instead of driving back the next day. I am not a computer guru so she set up everything for me prior to leaving the store and even showed me some of the features. read more

I had a dead MacBook charger, so I stopped in to see if they had any replacements in stock. This store sells everything from used laptops to empty tower chassis, to accessories. I ended up purchasing a knock off charger for about half the price of an oem Apple product. Of course it will probably last half as long, but so far so good. I'd come back for this sort of thing again. read more

They used to be reliable, but the last three visits I was charged twice to install Windows Vista on my hard drive as well as being sold two different " not for resale" copies of virus protection. The Windows was not genuine and my computer continued to crash. Total $200. The third time I returned, "Windows" was installed for free, but wasn't ready when it was supposed to be, so I had to make a fourth 28 mile round trip. Repairman said, "I don't care how far you have to drive!" Computer still does not work. Never again with these crooks. I can buy a refurbished computer on eBay for $89 with free shipping and Windows 10! read more

This is hands down the worst computer shop out there. They simply do not care about their customers and do not know that much about computers. Went in there already 4-5 times in the past few years asking to replace a video card. I already had all the parts and all they needed to do was to swap the card. However, when picking up the system, they said it works now but who knows how long. They say your power supply may not support the video card, but I had already made sure the power supply was more than plenty and never had an issue. Every time I come in to replace a video card they say this. This is so annoying, and I will never return to the store. Shame on you for saying this when I already told them just replace the card and that's it. Still they say " it works now but who knows for how long". The pc is in perfect shape and its been working. They clearly do not know anything about IT or how a computer works. Also they speak poor English. There is one Chinese man and another American man who never says hi or anything. Where is your customer service? You clearly do not care about your customers. Never coming back, how about that? Will goto microcenter and tell all my friends not to come back to your terrible shop. Also there is a Chinese lady who clearly does not know the difference between sleep and shut down. I was on vista ultimate and she clicked the sleep button, then unplugged the pc. I said why did you put it in sleep instead of shut down. But she claimed she clicked shut down, as if to try to cover up her mistake. Never coming back and shame on you for putting yourselves first instead of the customer. Hope you go out of business. Worst pc shop ever. read more
