I tried to get them to work with me on any option to use the groupon and they were completely rude and unwilling in any way to help me. This company clearly won't stand behind any deals they offer. I have made meals here before and their food is overpriced for the quality they offer anyway, so a discount is the only way I would have used them. I guess I'm just out the price I spent for this super "deal". Save your money and time!

We had a wonderful time and the food and variety offered was excellent! Plentiful, fresh and extremely well prepared on the hot stone! I get to the car and the brewed coffee is literally cold and not sweet (I asked for 3 Splendas and 2 creams, it was also on my receipt). So I bring it back in and I'm ignored again by 2 workers just standing there making small talk. After getting her attention, I advised her the coffee was cold. She pours me another cup then sets it down aggressively. I asked for cream and sugar and at this point, her face said, I pretty much sh*tted on her day. She pours half & half into a creamer glass and slides it to me. I then ask for Splenda, she said, it's over there. However, it's Stevia, so I asked for regular sugar and she said we don't carry that. Had I known they don't carry Splenda and/or regular sugar I would not have ordered a regular brewed coffee.I remove the lid and of course the coffee will s just lukewarm. I just add cream and grab some raw brown sugar and leave. I was too aggravated to go full Karen cuz at that point my attitude was worse than the young lady making drinks that day. The steak sandwich was a huge pass for me. The bread was like a wet brick with about 6 slices of steak on it. The bread to meat ratio was totally off and not worth it. On a positive note... The iced Matcha latte, pastries and the sweet potato fries were amazing. Next time I'm in KC, I'll have to find a new GF place to patronize.

Our dear friends invited us to come along for the Gift of Life fundraiser called Go See Do. One of the locations available was this one. We got a lovely informational tour presented by the head chef. We got to taste single origin chocolate from Madagascar, Ecuador and the Vietnam. Delicious! The tour was fantastic and they even gave us a discount to buy some chocolate to take home. Which we did! I appreciated Christopher Elbow supporting a local worthy charity so graciously and generously. The place is incredibly tidy, and the chocolate is the best I've had in my life! Going forward I will be buying all my client holiday gifts here.
