Absolutely phenomenal customer service. Phenomenal. I am obsessed with getting quality for my money, and John, Mike and the rest of the Above All Air crew delivered in spades. I had an American Standard unit installed in my home. The initial service was efficient, and the guys left the house cleaner than they had found it. My wife (a tough customer) and I were very pleased when the crew left. I believe it was John, the owner, who told my wife that should we need anything, any time, to just reach out to him. The man was true to his word. We had a minor issue with a pipe in our attic after the service. My wife called late on a Thursday night, and John showed up the next morning. Not only did he fix the issue, but he genuinely cared about our satisfaction, and took great pains to show it. He had Mike (great guy) show up on subsequent days to follow-up on the issue until they were absolutely sure we were happy. Even then, John still wanted us to know that he was just a call away. Above all air is an awesome company. They are the first a/c company that takes pride in their work. They don't perform services when not needed to take advantage of people's money. If something is not done right they fix it and don't charge the client for their mistakes. They want all their customers to be happy and if they aren't they will make things right. All other companies will charge to go back and "re-evaluate" the problem. Not only that, they are very easy to work with, speak with and extremely friendly. They call back right away or text back right away and they will try to accommodate you very fast. I would recommend them to anyone that needs a reliable and amazing customer service experience to fix any a/c issues. As a business owner, this is a business I would want to have saved in my phone for emergency or common repairs. They don't help to make money from clients. Thoroughly enjoyed the service and professionalism that we received. He kept it honest and straight forward. He was able to help diagnose the problem through the phone and showed up earlier than expected. Due to it being the day after Christmas, the part he needed for the repair was going to have to wait to be completed the next day. He was able to give us a temporary solution to cool the house back during the night. He showed up the next morning and completed the work and showed us how to maintain our AC unit. The total cost was fair unlike my previous experience with a different company. His number has been saved in my contacts and will be my go to company for as long as I am in the area! Phenomenal customer service. I woke up to my HVAC blowing warm air and was fearful that I needed to replace the entire unit. I didn't have anyone in mind to call, so I went on Yelp and found this company based on their really good reviews. They are definitely worthy of all of their high customer reviews. They came out promptly that day, and replaced a broken part and got it up and running within less than two hours. I was happy that they found a way to keep it running a little longer, versus trying to make money selling me an entire new HVAC system. A friend referred me to John at Above All Air when I was having AC trouble following the winter storm. John was able to determine the blower motor had gone out and had one in stock. My heater was back up and running quickly. I had to call John again a couple months later as my AC unit had stopped working. John gave me several options and was able to get it running while I made a decision. I ended up replacing the unit and John was gracious enough to give me credit on the motor he had replaced a couple months earlier. John and his employees were responsive, professional and easy to work with. I will use his company again and I recommend him if you have AC problems. read more

Arrived home to find the thermostat tripping on and off and the HVAC finally shutting down. As we had a bad experience with a crooked service man before, I cautiously took to yelp and John's name came up on top. I took chance and called him in the morning. Although it's peak season, he took my SOS and visited my place at high noon. Guy only took 10mins to diagnose and flush out the problem completely. Checked the freon and gave it a clean bill of health. Also gave me a couple of tips in taking care of the HVAC. Above all, the "dreaded" bill was very reasonable. Faith in humanity restored. John (the owner) will give you all of your options and let you decide how you want to proceed. He doesn't try to push expensive products or fixes. They will bend over backwards to make things right. John went to my grandmother's house on a Sunday in December with no notice to fix her heater. He does all of the maintenance on my home and my father's home. We have only used John for our AC/Heater needs and have for years. John is honest and if the unit can be fixed he will fix it, unlike other companies that always pressure you to buy a new one. We have two units at our house and he had repaired them for as long as he could. We recently had to replace our A/C unit in the main house. Their technical expertise surpassed the "marketing level" expertise that the big business offered (which was superior to the other two rejected companies). I bought a 2-stage system at a somewhat higher price than a single stage blow and go unit, but the performance has been phenomenal. You will not hear it operate yet the area becomes cool. Bottom line: I am more concerned about a lowball offer that may need extensive repairs before it's time then I am about paying a small ncremental amount more than I expected and getting exactly what it is I need for the next 10 or 15 years. read more
