If I were you I'd choose a different location because they clearly do not care. Management was great the first time but when you have an issue it seems as if they have better things to do than to help you with your problems regarding the product and services you've fully paid for prior to the services being rendered. They got me right in as I had ordered tires on their website. Dwayne helped me when I walked in. I inquired about an alignment since I was there. He told me my car didn't need one just yet which I thought was awesome because tire shops or mechanics I've previously been to just added it to the job without advising me on whether or not it was truly needed. Best part: they have free air, balancing, rotation and fixing of flats for the life of the tires. The man swore that he could fix it and put the tires back on the vehicle let me drive off and the wheels almost fell off on the freeway after being driven for a couple of weeks. They never should have repaired or replaced the tires if it could not be done correctly, but they took my money and when I returned for help, their attitudes were terrible. Communication was great until I discovered that the TPS monitors were not reset in my after market…read morerims. I know gas is high BUT it's ridiculous to purpose a return fee because the TPS weren't attended to during the initial appointment. Everything is different, so when I made contact a day after installation to inquire about the TPS being reset because the light on my dashboard tells me that the pressure is not registering . I realized that you had assumed that the TPS would reset themselves, well Dan they didn't and never have. Lastly, I was angry when he mentioned that lights on the dash board won't hurt the car and that other people drive with lights on theirs. I don't care what other people tolerate, that's not my cup of tea. I keep my vehicle how I want it PERIOD. Light free dash! Would you mention that to a Dublin or Upper Arlington customer? I don't think so. The last time I checked money spends the same! I guess I was supposed to jump to the offer of you resetting the TPS at a discounted price "When you come back to my side of town"?
