This was my first experience buying a car from a lot. It seemed like maybe there should have been another person there as Jimmy and Anthony were balancing a lot of different people and transactions. After deciding we wanted to vehicle, my husband and I went with the financing through Global Federal CU. The interest rate was good. There were a bunch of papers to sign. I wouldn't call Jimmy the most organized, however, everything was almost signed. He did have to send me an email asking me to sign a form that was missed. I think the whole experience was around 2-3 hours. Overall, the monthly payments for a 20K vehicle is what I expected and isn't breaking the bank. If we have to use the warranties, I'll update the review. Random FYIs: Our license plates were delayed due to some miscommunication. I can't recall exactly why. Our temporary plates were expired when we drove out to get the plates. That is also when we got the spare key which was at the other lot location. This doesn't impact the overall experience for me, stuff happens. But just FYI for those who are more particular.

I traded it in in 2022 for a RAV4 that I bought elsewhere, I had it serviced under the Toyota warranty elsewhere for a year. I was so excited to come back to Brooks Biddle service department for them to handle my RAV4! I called Chris, set up an appointment, just went there this last week they put in a new horn for me that I wanted (because I can't stand on the RAV4 horn), they put a new battery & checked my brakes, topped off all my fluids, changed my oil, changed my wiper blades, just at all around wonderful service department. I highly recommend for anything. They're very honest.

Very knowledgeable of the product during our test drive, and consulted web search when needed. 3. Assured us of the highest standards available in inspecting and readying used vehicles for sale. This made the purchasing experience wonderful. No haggle, no hidden fees, straightforward deal. After visiting six other used car lots and experiencing problems, we found our vehicle on Marketplace, and had a bit of trepidation using a dealership. Brooks Biddle Automotive isn't just another dealership. They are clearly above and beyond all that - and laser-focused on the customer experience, before, during and after purchase. It's great to have bought our truck from Brooks Biddle Automotive, and I highly recommend them.

Sorry in advance for the essay review but I think it's important to share my experience with Sal at…read moreSNS Auto. I am based in California and purchased a 2006 Dodge Dakota SLT TRX4 with a 4.7 High Output engine in February of 2021 from SNS Auto. Communication- from start to finish Sal has been responsive, communicative and professional. He was open and honest with me regarding all issues, inspections and maintenance and very detailed when negotiating price. As a potential out-of-state customer, Sal also took the time to set up a virtual (FaceTime) to allow me the opportunity to thoroughly inspect the vehicle (as much as possible through FaceTime). It took roughly an hour and half but Sal showed me every single good and bad detail (scratches, paint condition, vehicle idle, engine compartment) about the truck and anything I asked him to show or hear he complied happily. He even crawled on his hands knees to show me the undercarriage of the vehicle for like 10 minutes while it was running so I can observe if any leaks, heavy rust, etc., etc. His level of honesty and overall communication has been amazing. Customer Service- Sal is a natural and humble servant to his customers. At no point did I ever feel uncomfortable or taken advantage of. I've worked in sales before and have had many interactions with car salesmen/saleswomen so I am quite familiar with sales techniques, language and practices. Sal is straight up and honest and sincerely wants to satisfy his clients. In some instances he went above and beyond what any sales person has ever done for me. Product- I purchased/shipped the vehicle and the price (plus shipping) was under KBB and I was satisfied. Sal worked out some magic to get me an incredible rate for shipping that was well under other estimates and shipping only took 2-3 days. (The delivery driver was also incredibly nice and communicative). Upon receiving the vehicle, it was apparent that there were many issues that were not observed during our virtual test drives. I took the car for a test drive and as mentioned, I observed some issues that I needed to address with Sal. Before I could reach out to Sal to discuss the issues, he was already calling/texting me to confirm that the vehicle had arrived and that I was satisfied. We had some lengthy conversations about the issues I observed but if you're still reading- THIS IS WHEN I WAS BLOWN AWAY WITH SAL'S EXEMPLARY CUSTOMER SERVICE- Together we investigated and addressed every issue. We even spoke to the SNS in-house mechanic to iron out details of the issues. I also took the vehicle to my personal mechanic for diagnosis and to write up estimates as needed. Sal offered to help cover some of the expenses and even found parts needed and shipped them to me. I truly believe that if I lived closer to SNS auto, Sal and his team would have addressed all the issues for me but because I am an out-of-state buyer he worked with me in EVERY WAY POSSIBLE to make sure I was satisfied and that the vehicle was in the condition as advertised pre-purchase. It is important to note that I purchased the vehicle with an "AS IS WARRANTY" which typically means no warranty and the vehicle is sold as is- but Sal is a family oriented and honest professional and went the extra mile to ensure the vehicle met my standards. Overall Conclusion - it is now been about a month and half since I purchased the vehicle and I have finally completed all work needed to correct/fix issues. BUT I COULD NOT HAVE DONE IT WITHOUT SAL- He has been incredibly supportive and helpful to making sure the vehicle met my standards. As mentioned, sourcing parts and helping cover expenses while maintaining high levels of communication is more than I could have ever asked for. Some of you reading this might think that this should not be a 5 star review, but I am honestly incredibly happy and beyond impressed with Sal and SNS team for all they have done to make me a happy California client. Thank you so much Sal for everything you have done and for proving to me that there are still good, whole-hearted, honest and professional people in this world.

I am writing to formally express my concern regarding the handling of my 2023 Honda CR-V Hybrid…read morerepair at Lynnwood Honda. On May 15, 2026, I brought my vehicle to Lynnwood Honda for a diagnostic inspection. At the time, my vehicle had approximately 129,000 miles. Your service advisor, Ashley Low, informed me that coolant/radiator fluid had entered the engine combustion chamber and that the vehicle required a head gasket replacement. I was provided an initial repair estimate that included: * Head gasket replacement: $4,980.56 * Resurfacing: $300 * Thermostat replacement: $298.11 * Spark plug replacement: $194.44 Because the repair cost was beyond my ability to afford, I contacted Honda of America requesting goodwill assistance. After reviewing my case, Honda approved goodwill assistance, and I was informed by Olivia at Honda that I would only be responsible for approximately $3,700 toward the repair. After the goodwill approval, Lynnwood Honda completed only the head gasket replacement. However, I was not provided with a detailed explanation of the actual work performed, the parts replaced, labor charges, or a complete itemized repair invoice showing how the goodwill assistance was applied. When I requested a detailed breakdown of the work order, Ashley Low told me that the information was "confidential" and asked me to pay an additional $2,800. I find this response unacceptable. As the vehicle owner and customer, I have the right to receive a clear and itemized record of the repairs performed on my vehicle and the charges associated with those repairs. Additionally, after such a major engine repair, I am extremely concerned that basic related service, such as an oil change, was not performed or documented. The original estimate included additional recommended repairs, but I have not received a clear explanation as to what was completed, what was not completed, and why. I respectfully request the following: 1. A complete itemized invoice/work order showing: * Parts replaced * Labor performed * Labor hours and rates * Total cost of the head gasket repair * How Honda goodwill assistance was applied 2. A written explanation of why I was not provided this documentation when requested. 3. A written explanation of why additional payment of $2,800 is being requested after Honda's goodwill assistance approval. 4. Confirmation of all repairs and services actually performed, including whether oil was changed and whether any other required post-repair procedures were completed. I have been a Honda customer and trusted Lynnwood Honda to properly diagnose and repair my vehicle. I appreciate Honda's willingness to provide goodwill assistance, but the lack of transparency from the dealership has created significant concern and frustration.
