Jeremy and Team have done FANTASTIC and RELIABLE maintenance AND mods to all of my vehicles…read more I have never understood the "Karen's" (male & female) out there that complain. It's not unheard of to have a bad experience, BUT be realistic and give FS AUTOWORX the opportunity to correct and improve the situation, because they DEFINITELY WILL make it right. So if you are a "Karen" please just stay home and fix it yourself since you apparently have all the answers/solutions. FS Autoworx has never failed me the, working on, 8 years they've worked on my vehicles. Thanks Team Fs Autoworx!!!

I went to Les Schwab because they'd replaced my tires recently. The sweet young guy (LS does not require much experience) sent me over to FS Autoworks who he felt could better diagnose. These older trucks are quirky! The owner, Jeremy, took the time to figure out what was actually going on--with some crazy old school electrical trick-- stayed with it right up until closing, and got me safely back on the road that day. What I appreciated most was the communication. He explained the issues clearly, helped me prioritize what needed to be addressed, and was mindful of cost constraints without ever compromising safety. As someone going through a divorce and trying to keep an old truck, a cabin renovation, and life in general moving forward, that meant a lot. I really felt so taken care of and trusted every recommendation. If you have a Diesel Truck, or any truck, FS Autoworks is the place to go. It's hard to find people who are both knowledgeable and honest. Jeremy was both. Will never take my truck anywhere else again and I have a feeling these guys will keep it running in the 300-500k mileage range these trucks are capable of! Highly recommend!

They expertly and quickly diagnosed the issues needing repair/replacement after removing the back end then worked quickly in procuring the OEM parts. They finished the work 1-day sooner than expected (less than a week), and the finished body work was beautiful! They coordinated seamlessly with both my insurance company AND a local rental car agency for drop off and pickup service. Though I hope not to need these services again, I now know where to go should the need arise. Eric and his team are the best!!

After this i still go cause i wanted to see the state of my vehicle after recieving all these empty promises, i arrive and the bumper is basically on top of the hood they let me know that the after market fog light vents "didn't fit" pretty sure they didnt even order any, still after all this i was respectful flexible, even, and told them to just please fix the bumper and lip cause it also had big gaps and not to worry about the vents, didn't give me an exact day it was going to be finished said "he didn't know" and that he would maybe have to take it to the dealership to figure out the sensor issues. Next week after this its tuesday hear nothing, only a text message saying it was gonna be pushed back again nd ready the next day, they then pushed it everyday after that until friday. I go pick up i didn't notice too much of the defects right there and then i'll admit however, i did notice they didnt put the bi turbo and the side vent after market part that it was gonna arrive earliest august 2nd "swing by and we'll just slap it on for ya" never recieved a call about it nor update, and it is now august 8th. Constantly i would be promised that i would be recieving calls back to let me know updates and would constantly recieve none, only the text messages being told it was gonna be pushed back a different date. I finally go pick up and after two days of having my vehicle i notice everything including the never repaired plastic wheel well liner a dangling WIRE WITH A SENSOR DRAGGING TO THE FLOOR paint mismatch etc.Throughout this entire endeavor i was respectful, and patient while they only showed negligence and the lack of care for their job. IF YOU'RE GONNA DO SOMETHING DO IT WITH PRIDE. I currently have my car at crash champions in mil creek fixing THEIR mess cause clearly they can not be trused to fix any vehicle properly. I can't fathom how they thought any of this was "professional" or in the slighest up to par. It is ridiculous and concerning to know they "fix" so many vehicles.

They had the truck for well over a month to do a weeks work. It was hard to get updates on progress and firm commitments on repair. I finally got the truck back in late winter/ early spring. The first warm day I realized I had NO AC. Called them and left a voice mail, no reply. Emailed, no answer. Left more voice mails, no reply. I finally took it to another local shop (I live far away) who said the system was fine, it just had no gas. I paid $300+ to get it recharged and called Mark seeking reimbursement. Ghosted forever. I won't go into the litany of dings and scrapes the truck came back with from getting kicked around the shop. But, I let it go and moved on. Now a few years later the head gaskets have failed, way too soon and I'm p*ssed again. Suffice to say I've made a career of steering all of my friends and anyone who will listen, away from this shop.

I have had a few Ram diesels and have had lots of mechanics work on my trucks, however I have now found the only shop I will let work my trucks. They not only found what was wrong with my truck, which two other very popular shops within 50 miles could not and after lots of $$$ in the trash / in their pockets but Specialized did. I won't go into detail on how much out of their way they went, however it was more appropriated than I can ever thank them for. This shop gave me hope in humanity again and trust. Thanks for helping my 2019 Ram 3500 mega cab run good again and I can't wait until y'all can make it run even better. They even trained me on equipment on my truck they didn't install. All I can say is they have won my business!
