At a meeting at the Pan Pacific Hotel in the evening, the concierge gave me the # for King Ding Windshield Repair. King Ding came out and fixed my windshield while I was in the meeting! They gave me a quote and payment info over the phone. They didn't take any insurance information or unnecessary personal information. Quick and easy. Nice, fun guy fixed it and worked around my meeting in the evening after hours, no problems. How it should be. It was a breath of fresh air dealing with King Ding. I highly recommend making this first call your last and save yourself a lot of time and frustration

The biggest mistake if my life that I will never make again. This coating is a temporary coating…read morethat WILL NOT last longer than 7 months. The guys here know how to sweet talk their game and I should of known better. I was told that this coating would last 3 to 5 years as long as I didn't go through a normal car wash. Not one brush has touch the paint of this car after getting the coating put on and it looks worse then when I dropped off my both my Lexus and Ram. When they apply the coating they have to sand down the clear coat in order for the coating adhere. What they don't tell you is that after coating starts to fade, you get a base of ALL SCRATCHES from where they had sanded. I attempted to contact them multiple times and was only able to speak with them once and they did not offer to remedy any of the issues. I'm not sure if I have to take legal action to get their attention but my Lexus is now at a paint shop getting the clear coat redone and my truck. To add insult to injury, when I picked up my Lexus they had forgotten to do the rear bumper and I didn't notice it till a day later in which they had said they were to scared to tell me they missed it. I am so glad I saved all the text messages and photos of what transpired. Do not trust this company of their deceptive tactics. Also if you ever visit their shop look at how many cars are there and what type of vehicles they are. They choose quantity over quality and notice how many of their cars are local used car dealerships car. Its a easy fast fix for these dealerships to temporarily fix heavily damaged cars. I will never trust restor fx or their deceptive tactics. Save your money and go to a true detail shop that will polish your vehicle not cover it with fake coatings.

My cars have never seen the interior of an automated car wash (even touchless) and hand washing takes a toll when you're time constrained. So it's a great relief to be able to balance achieving that outcome with not breaking the bank too much. I believe Fredy uses deionized water in his washes so even if there's the tiniest bit left inside the window pocket in the door, it won't leave streaks on your window when lowered and raised soon after a wash. And of course, no hard water stains anywhere else. The quality of the clean comes out in things like the wheels which are spotless, shiny and clear of all the accumulated high performance brake dust when he's done. 100% recommend. It took weeks to get into the shop because of slow supply chains and the world being short staffed generically. Because of this I was under pressure to have the repair completed before our move two states away. I was given an estimated time to complete that was two days before I had scheduled to ship it. Then I was told it would not be ready on time. Reference reasons above. We agreed that they would "button up" the car for transport and the one headlight that was on back order would be addressed when I had moved. It was raining the night I drove my car home but my husband walked out to tell me something "was off". Hours later it was out on a transport and a week later my filthy car was taken off the transport. When I washed it I saw the damage the transport people had caused and also figured out what was "off" about my car. It has the wrong front end now. I have a very base model camaro now with an RS sport package on the front end. The back is still the car I purchased but the front end doesn't fit, the reflectors are popping out, the hood doesn't match flush where it meets the front of the car. I'm now in Vegas with a frankencar. I've contacted my insurance company but they're on vacation another two weeks. Now I'll begin the process of repairing my car for a second time in a new location.
