Disappointed in my service. My car died before my appointment so I had it towed the night prior to their location. I called first thing in the morning to inform them where my car was and what I believed to be the issue. They told me they would be right on it. Hours later I was given a diagnosis and price estimate. Hours after that I called once again for an update in which they proceeded to lie and tell me they were currently working on my vehicle and that the job only takes 2 hours. I proceeded to have a ride drop me off 2 hours after that phone call to find my car had never even left the parking spot it was towed to the night prior. I was then forced to sit in their waiting room until my car was actually started and finished. When voicing my frustrations they were unapologetic and did not care how unhappy I was with my service nor their untimely manor. read more

I may not be the most tech savvy person, but the communication was lacking just a bit with the people at the counter.. I did not see that they were only going to be communicating through their app and I never knew my car was ready. It stayed there for days and, I'm sure it was my fault for not knowing, but I just needed someone to answer the phone and return multiple messages.They do have the greatest mechanic there but sometimes we have to do things outside the box for customers. I had to put an app on my phone to weed out all of the scam calls. I have been getting so it was blocking their communication to me. It was just unfortunate, but when I went in my "other" folder there it was all of their communication, so I know they think I'm stupid and I felt like I was too, but I just needed my car! I moved to Hendersonville about 1.5 years ago and work in the Madison area. Finding a quality auto mechanic, from my experience, can be a bit daunting. However, when I found this place, I was immediately comfortable with the warm greeting from the receptionist and their willingness to get me in for quick service to repair a tire. I went in 4/20/23 to have a diagnostic test Only!!! to find out why my backup camera and radio stop working instead of them telling me what the problem was they fix it without my authorization and charged me $85 that was under my max care warranty claiming that what they done wasn't they guy who fix the problem never acknowledged me and kept his head down the whole time knowing he was wrong I will never use them again for any car repairs that was money I had to use to buy groceries with read more

Getting my 3rd alignment this following Tuesday in 3 weeks.. needless to say absolute ABSOLUTELY sucks. They told me my steering was right and not off.. my vehicle was barely back there 10 minutes, which I thought was odd. From the second I left steering and pulling was off but I was on a time limit so I couldn't go back. A shop out of town semi diagnosed the problem but fixed it the best they could and now Tuesday the actual issue with my brand new 2017 jeep is getting fixed. Just real quick review. These guys will shoot you straight on your car problems. If you have any kind of issues from oil changes to air conditioning problems. Etc. These guys will get it done, and they are cheaper then most places. read more
