Checkout was lacklustre. This is the first store I've been at that had a conveyor belt. I went through twice. The first person seemed like he didn't want to be there. The second I asked about the new membership tiers and she wasn't sure then she was surprised at my level. I got clarification around the program from someone at my store, and she showed me where vip line is. It just wasn't a vibe I've been used to over any of the stores I've been to. This was very unusual and not professional. More concerning, my wife and I ordered a salad, and shortly after eating, both of us developed stomach pain and diarrhea within a few hours. Based on the timing and symptoms, we strongly suspect the food may have been the cause. I contacted the restaurant the next day and spoke with a staff member (name starting with "A"). She took my number and said management would call me back. No one followed up. I called again a few days later, and was told the same thing -- still no response. It has now been about a month with no communication or resolution. Very disappointed with both the food quality and the lack of customer service. I would not recommend.
