Writing a review for a woman owned biz for Women's History Month! It's been a long time since I came to Blue Table and coming back I realized how much I missed it! Came here on Saturday night with a friend and we met in the early evening. We found a table easily! They also have seating at the bar. As it got later, it got super packed. The atmosphere is cozy and intimate. They have some board games available if that's your jam! They also have a little deli attached that you can order food from. When I've ordered from here before, the sandwiches were amazing. We each got a wine flight and it was so fun to taste a few different wines. There are lots of great options to order by the glass or bottle. Can't wait to come back for date night or girls night! read more

Great experience for my first time here. I personally would've liked if they had more choices to choose from the Italian list. I also was somewhat disappointed that they didn't have more choices to choose from for single glasses of wine. Not everyone can drink a bottle. Lol. BUT, when we went in they told us that everything we wanted was already sold out. So, yes bad timing I guess, but the experience was still fun and unique. When you serve up fresh food with reasonable prices, along with a glass of Rose or Pinot Grigio...well my friends, that's a combination for a great time! The Ellen Special is the winner! The combination of ham, turkey, fig jam, garlic aioli and goat cheese...just WOW! Intense flavor for such a modest little sandwich. The Cibata bread is toasted, so I think we should probably call them panini's. The Turkey Meatloaf is my second choice. Well not really second as it's my second option for number one! We were on our way to a movie and needed a quick dinner. Blue Table was perfect! We had delicious food prepared with fresh ingredients without having to eat fast food! I have had their take two or take 3 before... And their quiche rotates types...but the eggplant Parmesan was the best I've had there... And maybe the best I've had anywhere... Ever! The baguette was a bit dry and not as crusty as I prefer, but it was fresh and tasty. That's a small point. Brooke was our server and she was sweet and welcoming! Everyone was so welcoming there! They have a nice selection of wine and beer, I had a glass of Grenache from Alisos Canyon that was amazing - I have to go back to get the winery name, oh darn. Hubby had an Institution Ale IPA. Our bartender was Jonathan, super friendly and recommended the French dip with Brie (special) - outstanding, plus we had a Ceasar salad and a pretzel. Upon arriving we were seated quickly and given menus to review. We both opted to try a couple items on the Valentine's Day Specials Menu along with a glass of Bordeaux. The servers were kind and attentive despite the busyness of the day. The wine was great and kept me warm as our table was "outside" in the atrium part of the building. When food arrived we were very impressed by its careful preparation and amazing flavor. The steak was cooked perfectly and the sauce on top was delicious. Fries were perfectly crispy and hot. The chicken pot pie was amazing! I loved that the chicken was juicy and complimented by the decadent creamy sauce and hot veggies. The crispy and light puff pastry added the best texture to each bite. I know they don't usually have these items on the menu, but it's definitely worth visiting for dinner on holidays to enjoy the special offerings. The last time I was here, I stopped by for lunch. The chicken pesto panini, seasonal soup, and Pinot Noir all paired well together. I look forward to visiting again try more items on the menu and sip on some more wine. read more

I hosted a business event at the Agoura Event Center yesterday February 12th. Blue Table was referred to me by the event center as one of a few referrals for catering. I knew that I was in good hands from the outset when I called Blue Table and spoke to Gina Not only was Gina quick to respond to my initial inquiry she provided everything I requested and needed to make things easy and worry free. Simple things like answering her phone and responding in a timely manner to emails to providing a variety of catering options and prices were delivered quickly, clearly, and concisely. When Gina says she is going to do something she does. She arrived at the event at the exact time she said she would. The set up of the food and presentation was amazing. The quality of the food from the sandwiches, salads, and those AMAZING homemade cookies & brownies helped to deliver the experience I was hoping for and then some. Met some friends for a outdoor lunch and found this wonderful spot. Funny, as I've been to Whizzins multiple times yet, had not checked this little place out. This is a very low key, super friendly restaurant. One enters, reads the menu on the 'blackboard', chooses a drink from the cooker and places their order at the counter. A number is given to be placed on the table where we were seated. There's a little room off to the side in the restaurant for seating, however, my friends and I chose an outdoor table on the covered area In front. We chatted and before I knew it, the staff delivered our order to the table. I chose a tuna sandwich requesting dijon mustard in place of mayo, personal preference. Sandwich was delish as was the small side salad. Full salad choices sounded wonderful. Would have liked to have seen more than one vegan sandwich option so I could return with my vegan friends. I've had this on my radar for years, but for whatever the reason, we just hadn't tried it until a few days ago. When they say, good things come to those who wait, they weren't kidding with this place. It's nothing fancy, but they turn out some very tasty and fresh sandwiches. They have cold sandwiches, or warm panini, plus they have salads and even pizza. I opted for the cold turkey breast sandwich, which had an amazing sun-dried tomato aioli, brie, and arugula on a very fresh and soft ciabatta roll. I can't tell you how many times I've had a stale ciabatta roll (elsewhere), but this was as soft and fresh as I've ever had. I loved that aioli...... sooooooo good. I also grabbed a bag of sour cream and chive potato chips, which I never see anywhere... what a fun departure to have some of those again. My husband had their caprese panini, but what knocked it out of the park for him was that they added grilled eggplant to the sandwich, and he said it was the BEST caprese panini sandwich he's ever had (he gets them frequently). I wanted to try it, but I could see he was locked into eating every bite himself. I get that. I didn't want to disturb his "moment." Lol. They have a separate room where you can get the above types of food, or cheese and charcuterie platters with some wine, but we didn't avail ourselves to that. Maybe another day. The food was decent but definitely overpriced and my sandwich bread was dry. The employee and manager were a little rude, short, and snarky and acted very annoyed and inconvenienced when asked for a plastic child proof cup. When I asked for my pastry to go after the meal, the employee responded in a weird short way "you have to come in to get it" Just a strange and off putting response. The whole place didn't feel inviting or welcoming and I did not feel valued as a customer. I would say blue table is overrated. read more

I love it here! Once and awhile I stop in to pick up the Ellen Special Panini. It's to die for. Unfortunately my last visit the bread was a bit hard and stale.
