I cannot say enough great things about Absolute Collision Center and the owner, Andy. I had a good friend recommend me to him after I ripped up the side of my work van pretty bad. I waited till I went out of town so his team would have a solid amount of time to do the repairs. He was worried it might not be enough time, but promised to go as fast as he could. Not only did he text me updates everyday of the status of the repairs, he even gave me an option between replacing the door (more time and money) vs having them repair what was existing to get it look brand new again (cheaper and faster option). He not only got my van done sooner than expected, but it looks PERFECT. On top of all of that, his prices were very reasonable. I am so happy my friends sent me to him. I took my car to get the roof and spoiler painted. I used to live nearby to this small ship and saw that it was always busy, so I decided to give it a try instead of trusting my instincts and going to a reputable body shop. They took 5 days to finish my work which was not bad, but was hoping it would be done sooner. When I went to pick up my car and still wait 15 mins, then I noticed it had a lot of orange peel in the spoiler and some runs. Waited another 30 mins. I drive my car in the freeway only to hear loud wind noise come thru my sunroof. Opened my moonroof only to see it butchered like a cow. Took it back the next day and was told that it was normal wear and tear due to old car. I keep my car garaged and with extremely low mileage. They sent me to their glass Vendor Cal Star Auto Glass in City of Industry. Waited about 30 mins, only to call and find out they were closed but still accepting calls. I explained what happened and why I was there. They told me to bring back the car next week in 5 days as they were closed for the rest of the week and close during the weekday at 12pm. I let them know if they can order the seal or glass and I can send them pictures. They told me they have to see it in person. I called back Absolute Collision only to be told by Andy that they would not cover it due to being not their fault if they cut the seal. I asked for an itemized invoice to see if they were supposed to R&I the moonroof or mask it. I let him know why did they not just opened the moonroof as it slides into the roof and would not obstruct while painting the roof. Andy had no answer and stated they do not have to do that if not needed. It is obvious this shop does not know how to properly mask and remove tape from seals. I just had my back glass replaced with a seal and they also damaged my back glass seal when they roped back the molding. Either they do not know how to work properly or the materials they are using are of the worst quality. read more

I had to change my review on this place. I was satisfied with the job even though I had to pay more than what we had settle on, which was on a written statement. They also didn't provide a final receipt detailing what the cost and expenses where, just a digital picture of some of the cost. The main issue although was the missing parts. I had two functioning tail lights on the car, only the left had the plastic frame partially broken. I tried countless times to recuperate the tail lights from them and they gave me runarounds claiming they had missed placed it. I'll continue to edit this review if the matter is resolved but it seems like they sold my car parts for personal gain. read more
