Like others who left a positive review, I had an amazing experience with Jacquelene at first. A few things seemed a little odd and unorganized but looked past it as I really got along with Jacquelene and her crew was very thorough in their cleaning when they came. However, the last time they came to deep clean my house they made a huge mistake that went unaddressed by Jacqulene for more than 48 hours and required me to follow up with her multiple times over the course of 3 days, waiting to hear back from her to make it right. Ultimately, I never heard back from her and told her I would no longer be using her cleaning services. I had asked for my house to be deep cleaned, they did a decent job aside from forgetting to clean my baseboards in some areas and forgetting to do the inside of the showers (and doing a proper job). But the last straw was when I discovered that they cleaned inside my oven but left ALL the cleaning solution inside of it and never wiped it out. I never noticed until 4 weeks later when I noticed white flakes all over the food I was cooking in my oven. Come to realize - we've been eating meals with chemicals on it because it was all in the oven circulating around and heating up over the course of a month. Not even sure how harmful that was to my health and not to mention I'm pregnant so this really scared me....the fact that she never addressed the concern or even texted me back after giving her a chance to make it right INFURIATES ME. Save yourself the hassle and go with another cleaner. Jacquelene is by far the worst person to work with at this point and I'm so disappointed she lost my business this way and was okay with it. Not only that, she apparently doesn't know how to keep a schedule of appointments meaning I can never book my appointment at the same day/time every month and if I do want that, she puts it on the customer to REMIND HER. This is your business lady, you run the schedule and the reminders. Absolutely ridiculous and yes I'm nit picky about that stuff because this is a business and that's part of their job to maintain a schedule of their client's services - not my job to remember to remind her to clean my house which I'm paying for. So ridiculous. Oh and she also does have an attitude - either you're the type of person to match the energy or you're just okay with it but she could certainly improve her attitude overall with customers. I've gotten into it a few times with her. Since then I've moved to a new cleaner that I'm hoping works out better than my experience with this place. I'm so sad to have had to change services because I was really hoping to keep All Star Housekeeping as my permanent go to cleaners over the years - so much for that.
