I am extremely disappointed with the way Rainkings handled a recent interaction with my grandparents. My grandparents are seniors, and despite a clearly posted NO SOLICITING sign and multiple verbal refusals from my grandmother, three sales representatives continued their pitch and obtained a signature from my grandfather after she had already said no repeatedly. This felt highly inappropriate and predatory. I am their legal Power of Attorney and was never contacted or consulted. When I called to request that the contract be voided and asked for written confirmation, I was met with resistance and dismissive behavior. One of the representatives, Gil, focused more on trying to keep the sale than addressing my request, even stating he was "busy" when I asked again for documentation confirming cancellation. That response was unacceptable and unprofessional. The sales pitch did not align with the signed contract, and the proposed pricing was higher than their existing water purification agreement. This situation left me feeling ignored, disrespected, and concerned that my grandparents were taken advantage of. I am HOT! If this contract is not voided and confirmed in writing immediately by this company I will be escalating this matter further. I do not play about my grandparents and senior citizens!! Companies working in senior communities should operate with integrity, respect boundaries, and honor clear refusals.

    Do not use Culligan of Orlando. They do not care at all about customer service. Delivery/Service…read moredays for my Culligan softener are set well ahead of time (about a year) and are repeated on each statement. Despite telling the salesman at time of sale that we have a requirement of pre-call to us with no more than a 4-hour window, all we get is an automated call with "next business day" notification. NOBODY calls in advance of the appointment so somebody has to stay home all day waiting for the delivery and service to the conditioner. We had a previously scheduled delivery/service schedule for 12/24/2025 and got the usual "next business day" call late in the evening of 12/23/2025. We intentionally stayed home all day despite it being Christmas Eve Day and having many other things to do. Then NOBODY SHOWED UP. I tried calling the next business day (12/26/2025) and after being on automated hold for over 10 minutes, I got an automated message that the offices were closed for the holidays. I left a very irate message and demanded somebody call me back to explain the lack of service and to provide a 2-hour window for when the service would be performed. NOBODY CALLED. I tried calling again on 12/29/2025 and got a person that could not deal with my issues and that I needed to talk to the local Orlando office which I was forwarded to. To VOICEMAIL again. I left yet another irate message demanding somebody call me back and let me know what was going on and to provide a 2-hour window for the delivery/service. NOBODY called but I did get the "next business day" notification call late last night. We shall see if anybody shows up today, but yet again we are stuck at home all day waiting for somebody to arrive -- if they do. We are paying $29.95/month for what is called Platinum service. I don't think this even equates to Plastic service. If I had it to do all over again, I would not choose a Culligan system if only for this lack of respect from Culligan in support of their products and mostly in support of their Customers which they obviously do not care about. As I stated at the beginning of this diatribe, DO NOT do business with Culligan of Orlando. They do not care at all about their Customers and it appears they feel that we are here to comply with their whims.
