I pondered about do I want to do this my self? Or go somewhere that will treat me with respect, tariffs or no tariffs. I stopped in at Mufflers 4 Less explaining what work that I believed that I needed, I had already went to Auto Zone and purchased the parts and asked for a quote. They examined the vehicle and quoted me 200.00 bucks for labor. They told me it was kind of busy and it would take about an 90 minutes I told them, have at it. I called my wife, she picked me up, they called me 1 hour later said that they were finished and didn't have to use all of the parts that Moe Manny and Joe said that I needed. With that being said I told them to also fix a exhaust leak that I had on the vehicle, I used the money that I had saved on taking the unused parts back to pay for that work that I needed. I am now a happy camper. The brakes don't squeal and the exhaust doesn't howl anymore on my 16 year old Toyota 5 speed. Low and slow is the way to go.

Once they took the back tires off, the owner told me that if I was paying with a credit card it would be a 4 percent extra charge. I told him that I was not going to pay extra and insisted that they put the tires back on. I left the shop and went to a more reputable shop and was told that I didn't need rear brakes. The owner of this establishment is ripping people off. I would not recommend this business. The owner is very shady, can't be trusted. Plus they stole a pack of disinfectant wipes from my car. If steal wipes, please do not leave anything of value in your car.

This guy literally lies to my face and doesn't even print out my receipts all the time just a little piece of paper with a total. He was also very nice and patient with me as I asked all of my questions. He also was able to give me quotes on each job and found them to be more affordable than other places in the area. Local family owned, no hassles, no large ticket pricing. A few tips if you're coming here: They open at 8am, come early! Easiest route- go North on Western Ave. Walk in... tell they what work you need done on you car, give Make and Model of your car and get on repair list. When you are called, go get your car and pull into service garage. They will come and tell you what they noticed during diagnostic tests and inspection. They will show and explain to you the repairs. You will be told the cost with local taxes, so you know what to pay. Once done, they'll pull your car out and, after you pay CASH ONLY, you're good to go! Simple repair shop... no frills nor gimmicks! Park and walk in, because they do great work!

The wires of the tire was not supposed to be out there like that especially on a good looking tire.
