Plenty of time to be ignored wholeheartedly by the apathetic bartender and enjoy the 95 degree temperature of the lobby. We ended up at the best table in the house! Seated mere inches from the kitchen, we were able to watch as the Gauchos brought delicacy after delicacy from the galley and promptly sprint past our table to other areas of the restaurant, returning only once their supplies had run dry. That is with the notable exception of the young man carrying drumsticks of chicken that became drier and less appetizing with each effete attempt to pawn them off on our table. Any complaints I might have had about any of that were assuaged by the inattentiveness of the staff and the wonderfully tepid food at the Market Table.
