This is a typical Brazilian rodizio restaurant. They have a large salad-like bar with salad, prepared salads, shrimp, ceviche, grilled vegetables, and soups. The service is good with plenty of servers walking around with different cuts of meat - beef, chicken, and pork - and grilled pineapple. My one complaint and why I am giving it 4 stars, is that the grilled shrimp that is mentioned on the menu never appeared in the 1.5 hours we were there. And, I asked the server for the shrimp and he said "uh huh" and never followed through. The Brazilian lemonade is fantastic. Try that. The restaurant is noisy but not so bad like other restaurants. My wife and I had dinner here last night. It's out 2nd time here. The decor is nice: clean, elegant and simple. It's not a large restaurant, especially compared to some of the other Brazilian steakhouses. The service was good. Overall, we had a good meal. The common theme is that compared to other Brazilian steakhouses, the selection at the salad bar as well as the meat selection is a bit more limited. That said, I enjoyed everything I chose from the salad bar. Regarding the meat selection, there were a couple that stood out: the picanha and the rib-eye were both very good. Everything else was so-so (the filet mignon in particular was pretty tough for that cut of meat). That said, I would rather go to a restaurant that does a couple of things well vs. everything just okay. One thing to note. I don't know how they do it, but the price is significantly lower that their competition (like ~30-35% lower). I think for the price you get an excellent value here! Similar concepts to other Brazilian steakhouses in the area. They have a salad bar and unlimited meats, you turn your card from red to green when you want the servers to come by. We also got their flaming cheesecake which was delicious. One of the best Brazilian steakhouses I've been to and reasonably priced. Hubby and I went on NYE and they sat us quickly with a reservation. All the servers were nice and attentive. The salad bar had a lot of cold veggies which I wish were hot (like the mushrooms and the squash/zucchini). Aside from that I loved the selection. Their fish ceviche is on point with the plantain chips! I got some rice and beans from the hot station. I loved the cheese bread! They will keep the meat coming regularly with your card on green. My favs were the grilled shrimp, lamb chops, and spiced meat. Majority of the meat had great flavor except for the filet mignon that was a little bland. My buddy introduced me to Fogo De Chao a few years ago so I wanted to find something similar. Staying at the Hyatt Regency nearby, I found this spot thanks to YELP and it was a short walk over. Celebrating a work promotion, my buddy and I met up here for dinner on a Tuesday late July for a nice meal filled with AYCE meats and good times. And we loved every minute of it! I showed up a little early and had a glass of wine at the bar. The bartender was pleasant and pointed out the bar menu but mentioned people can still get the salad bar and meat carvings while sitting at the bar. Something I'll keep in mind if I ever decide to dine at one of these solo. There's also a spearate menu with a lot of a la carte items. If you're not familiar with brazilian steakhouses, the best experience is the full experience with the salad bar AND all meats. After my buddy arrived and we got sat, we dived into the salad bar. There's plenty of good vegetables/fruits such as the watermelon salad. Also charcuterrie is served (meat/cheese assortments) along with soups and rice/beans and chilled seafood at the salad bar. All delicious; but don't fill yourself up on that. You're here for the good stuff which is the meats. And there's plenty of it. From picanha, sirloin, ribeye, lamb, sausage, bacon-wrapped chicken, garlic beef, and grilled shrimp, you're in a protein heaven. Just turn your table marker to green and people with the cuts stop by and carve them for you. Complimentary mashed potatoes, plantains, and those brazilian cheese bread puffs are served too, goes great with the meat carvings! Sadly I did not save room for dessert which all looked tasty but definitely will try it out next time. We left stuffed to the gills but found the overall experience to be worth it. There was a salad bar with all sorts of things I made a mini charcuterie and had some soup. They walked around with the meat. I think I got about five or six different types of meat. They talked about having 16 types, but I didn't see that many. They also had sides and a type of Brazilian bread on the table. The bread was to die for! The pricing was not bad. The service was amazing. They had probably four people waiting on our table. One of the adults at our table kept dropping his napkin without even realizing it and within two seconds they were handing him a new one. There was also music playing with a live singer. Our kids were able to tip her and request a song. They really enjoyed that, and the staff even let our little dancers dance in the waiting area. A great place for special occasions or just some tasty cuts of meat with a fully loaded salad bar! Right before you enter is "the red carpet" making you feel extra fancy. We went on a Saturday, lunch with full experience (salad bar included along with extra cuts of meat). Prices and menu are on their website. Please note: seafood entrees are not included in the full experience. There's many à la carte options. The best bang for your buck will be the full experience. My only complaint is that if you're not familiar with "the FULL experience" you may just settle for what's being served on the floor. If you haven't experienced Brazilian steakhouses, there's "meat carvers" that walk the floor and offer to slice a piece off for you. I had to ask our servers for lamb, baked honey cheese, and other cuts of meat that weren't out. They kept offering the same meat cuts for the first 20-30 minutes. I enjoyed the salad bar, but didn't want to fill up on that. I did try the lobster bisque but the lobster was overcooked and dry. The tiny Brazilian cheese breads are yummy. You can ask for refills on sides. We ordered the molten lava cake for dessert and they asked if it was a special occasion. Indeed, we informed them it was our anniversary. I liked the personal touch they added with "Happy Anniversary" on the plate with chocolate sauce. A very meat heavy lunch, but worth every penny! The staff went above and beyond, everyone was very helpful and welcoming including all the servers and the manager ! This is the very best steakhouse I've ever been to. It's my favorite restaurant in town and one of the best in the world. It deserves 10 STARS instead of just 5. I've gone here quite a few times for celebrations and let me tell you that you won't be disappointed. First you get the appetizers that set the stage. The Brazilian lemonade is amazing, probably the best I've had. It's sweet and refreshing. You also get starters like mashed potatoes, caramelized bananas, and more, which are perfection!! The service is great. All the staff members are cheerful. The manager is especially friendly and greets us each time we arrive. Here, the waiters bring food around on plates and serve you while walking around. The meat is delicious here. My favorites are the sirloin and the bacon wrapped chicken. The salad bar is also very fresh and always has different soups, salads, and cold meats so that there's something for everyone. Even when the restaurant is crowded, all the waiters deliver amazing service and never get impatient. I have lived on this earth for 27 years, and never in my life have I ever walked out of a restaurant. My fiancée and I don't get many lunch breaks together because of our work schedule. Finally, we were able to get lunch together and decided to come here to try out their a la carte lunch platers, and we decided to treat ourselves and order a brazilian lemonade. The waiter brought 2 lemonades out, and I corrected him and said "its okay we can just have one to share". He then told his manager, who I asked to come to our table, the manager states that we cannot share brazilian lemonade because it is unlimited refills. To my knowledge, brazilian lemonade is never free refills because it is a specialty drink, the manager named Israel went on to give me more examples of other drinks that are unlimited refills such as soda, but then slipped up and accidentally said "but brazilian lemonade is no refills". I caught this and asked him to repeat what he said causing him to catch his error and correct himself saying "brazilian lemonade has unlimited refills". It seemed like he was just making the rule up to save face. Either way, I offered an alternative saying "why don't we just share this one lemonade and you don't have to give us a refill", he declined my alternative which I thought was a reasonable compromise so that we can share the drink and the restaurant wouldn't lose money. The mood was completely ruined at this point, and I just asked to play for the bill and leave. The waitress told me I didn't have to pay because I didn't get the food and barely drank the drink. Our lunch break was already cut short by this horrible experience, so we just had to go to Chick Fil A instead where a teenager in a red shirt gave us 10x the service that Israel gave us. Before we walked out, we ordered about $60 worth of food, so Israel decided to fumble a $60 bill excluding tip just because he wanted to not let us share a $6 lemonade even after I offered no refills. Come hungry and don't go nuts at the delicious salad bar. If you want all you can eat meat order the "full experience " which means access to the salad bar trying all the different meats you want. It's around $61. It includes mashed potatoes, fried yucca, and some round cheesy bread. The salad bar has different kinds of prepared salads, some veggies, cheeses, fish ceviche, slices of smoked salmon, quinoa, and couscous. It's all quite tempting but if you get too much you won't have time to try various meats. The "gauchos " come by after you flip your card to green. It can sometimes feel like a frenzy. They ask how you like it cooked and cut based on your choice. From what I remember they had various sirloins, filet mignon wrapped in bacon, ribs, a grilled pineapple covered in honey, lamb, shrimp, and the best part was the picahna. We got the Full Experience and we felt like royalty. You get this little plastic disk that looks like a coaster and it's green and red. Green means you want meat and red means you don't want meat at the moment. When you flip it to green, the staff come with so many different options of food like beef, chicken, lamb, pork, shrimp and pineapple. It's all amazing and you get so many variations of food. The steak and other food is delicious However, YOU HAVE TO GET THE PINEAPPLE. I know it sounds weird but just trust me. It's the best pineapple you'll have have. It's like roasted and it tastes like it has either cinnamon or brown sugar on it. It's just so so good. so when they come around offering you roasted pineapple, take it! Okay and then ofc you have to get the dessert bc it's FLAMING CHEESECAKE. That's right you hear me, it comes on fire..... they don't call it flaming for nothing! We were excited to try a new (to us) Brazilian Steakhouse. We arrived a little after the resturant opened for lunch. The decor was a little upscale from what we have experienced in other Brazilian Steakhouses. We were promptly seated and the host explained the concept. We felt a little under dressed in jeans and a casual top. They do offer ala carte in addition to the full experience (aka all you can eat salad buffett and meat). Here is our impression of the full experience. Salad bar: the salad bar was smaller than other Brazilian Steakhouses we have been too. But it did have most of the usual dishes we expect: varius salads, tabouli, hearts of palm, bacon, marinated mushrooms, meat and cheese. There were plenty of dressing choices and salad toppings. There were also three hot dishes and lobster bisque. The area became a little cramped as more people arrived. We were surprised that we did not find any chimmcuri, mint sauce or steak sauce om or near the salad bar. Gaucho and meat experience: the Gauchos were pretty attentive at 1st. But as the restaurant filled, it became harder to get their attention. Although my husband and I kept our markers green for most of our meal, the Gauchos rarely stopped by and we had to wave them down if we saw something we liked. That said, we not successful in getting any sauage or ribs during our visit. The meat was just ok.. The lamb was pretty fatty and under seasoned. The sirloin and filet was under seasoned as well. We were jonesing for some chimmcuri to add some flavor, but the servers seemed to have ghosted us. We were also served fried plantains, Brazilian cheese bread and mashed potatoes. The mashed potatoes were pretty runny and tasteless. We did like the cheese bread and plantains. We were surprised that one of the servers grabbed the bread basket off our table, without asking, and left with it while there was still bread in it. We thought maybe they were going to refill it, but that was the last we saw of the bread. Beverage service: Beverage service was actually pretty good. Our waters were kept full. The caprianhas were really good and there was a nice wine by the glass list. Final thoughts: The poor food service and less than stellar meats are the reason I gave this place 3 stars.
