They tell me they will send an email to upper management and someone will get back to me . No one has gotten back to me not even a supervisor! I learned online that some stores are franchises . This store is. I contacted David Richard's who is the Director of Operations for this franchise . They own many locations and it is called T & K LP in Marina Ca. He has not returned my call. This is an issue lie that needs to be addressed! I know I am ultimately responsible for my credit card. But why won't they respond back. Also the worker had plenty of time to bring my card out to me . She could see my car from the drive thru and I was there a very long time . I'm sure she noticed she had my card after all that time.
