I can see why Guy has a 5 star rating. He is professional and really understands the crux of customer service. He missed our appointment due to a scheduling error on his part. He took responsibility, apologized and did everything he could to accommodate us in the reschedule. I couldn't ask for more in a company. Ultimately he couldn't get out the white paint that we spilled on our blue carpet but I appreciated the effort. In preparing a house to sell, I was confronted with a carpet that had over 10 years of dirt and dust, 50+ years of smoking and 30 years of pets off and on. The only proper cleaning was at least 15 years ago, so, I wasn't expecting miracles, just a thorough cleaning. Guy did not disappoint! Many areas of a very light beige carpet were black from foot traffic, all that is gone. Rooms with decent carpet look brand new. Even a heavily trafficked back hallway/rec-room looks only lightly used now. Guy was on time, has a great cheerful attitude, and guaranteed his work. When you call Guy he sounds like an over enthuastic radio announcer.I LIKED IT! His voice made me laugh..which was much needed at the time. Guy was scheduled to clean our stairs and bedroom at 12:30 p.m. he called to say he was running ahead of schedule and asked if he might be able to come a little earleir.I was impressed. The day of the estimate, I told him I would not be home but my father in law who was visiting from France would be there.
