I'm not sure where all the hugely positive reviews are coming from. I engaged Accel to clean three rooms and a hall for $280.00. They were here for almost 3 hours and when they left, I assumed all was well. I've had this carpet cleaned many times and know what to expect and what not to expect from cleaning. Not every trace of a stain can always be removed. I know that. However, . . . When they left, the dining room pieces they'd moved into the kitchen for access were still in the kitchen for me to deal with. They tied my drapes in knots to raise them and left them that way. When I noticed that and untied them, they were badly wrinkled and looked like hell. The carpet was wetter than others had left it and it took 3 days before I could vacuum and arrange the furniture again and at that, it was pushing it a bit. There was no stain spot pre-treating and every stain spot that was there before is still there. And in addition, there are three fairly large areas of discoloration that weren't there before. I had waited until just before out of town guests arrived to have the carpet cleaned so as to present the best possible image. Now there's no time to recover so I'll have to be hugely embarrassed at my ugly floor. I'll be contacting a different carpet cleaning company to fix the problems after my guests have gone. read more

Guy came out to help us clean up a mess our dog had made on some very light colored carped (feces and urine). His communication was outstanding, and he showed up right on time and got to work. There were 5 or 6 spots that he worked on for about an hour, and even cleaned more area than we had discussed just because it was there...Results were great, and Guy was very personable and friendly. We hired Guy to do our office space for us. It was a huge job, with a ton of hard floor area (linoleum, tile/grout, and painted concrete) along with large carpeted areas. I really wish I would have taken before and after pictures of the job that they did. I seriously cannot sing enough praise. These guys did an incredible job. We do a carpet/floor cleaning once a year. We have gone with 2 other carpet cleaning companies in the past, and due to the job THEY did we did not expect miracles, and we told Accel this. You guys, they performed MIRACLES. It was so funny, after they finished cleaning I was walking to the bathroom, and walked past two of our warehouse guys just standing there staring at the floor, I asked them if it looked good and they said yes, "I always thought the men's bathroom floor was gray." - It's actually a white floor, that no one was ever able to get very clean. Incredible service. I shopped around at various different carpet cleaning services in the Greater-Seattle area, and after much consideration, I chose Accel Carpet Cleaning. My office space hasn't received a carpet cleaning in about 4+ years. There were large stains in almost every office/area of the office. There was a distinct difference in cleanliness between the exposed and unexposed carpet areas. We had a very large and dark ink stain from printer toner, that I was almost certain wouldn't come up. All of this is to say that Guy's service was, in the true sense of the word, incredible. I am astounded by how clean the carpets look. He went above and beyond any expectations I initially had. What an amazing service! My carpets have never looked or smelled this good! Guy went ahead and squeezed me into his schedule, so that I would be able to have everything cleaned prior to my surgery. Accel did an excellent job cleaning my carpets. They were able to setup an appointment on short notice and their prices were reasonable. I got a call back the next day to check if I was happy with their service and that if any stains returned they would be happy to come out and touch them up. Hats off to Accel Cleaning Services! This year my wife and I decided to change carpet cleaning services in the hopes of getting some better results. We had skipped last years carpet cleaning because we were going to replace our 12 year old carpets that were definately showing their age and had stains that had been there for years. We also had some really dark puppy stains in the back of the house that looked impossible to get rid of. They were so bad that we have been hiding them under a throw rug for the last year or so. After reading the great reviews of Accel Cleaning Services we decided to give Guy a call. We were scheduled for the very next day. All I can say is WOW. Guy did an exemplary job cleaning our carpets. He was able to get stains out that had been there for years... stains we just assumed would never come out. He was also able to get the very dark puppy stains out. Our 12 year old carpet looks like it did many, many years ago. As a bonus, Guy came out the next day just to be sure that the stains had not resurfaced. Guy and his cleaning crew came by this morning to clean my apartment, and I felt compelled to come on here and write them a recommendation after seeing what a great job they did. Guy and his crew are extremely professional but also very personable. They worked hard the entire time they were here and knocked out the cleaning in what seemed like record time. These guys take pride in their work and it shows. The carpets look brand new despite the abuse they've seen from my cat and five-month old puppy. We used Accel Carpet Cleaning to do our move-out carpet cleaning as required by our landlord. We received a reasonable estimate based on our guesstimates of room size, and scheduled an appointment within the week. We received several calls to confirm and to let us know of arrival time. When the young gentleman (I didn't catch him name) arrived he measured our rooms and took a quick overview of the condition of the rooms, he realized one of our larger rooms was practically like new and suggested he do just a thorough vacuuming instead of an actual cleaning. All in all the carpet looked awesome. Upon inspection by our landlord, there was 1 spot she felt needed to be redone. They came out free of charge and re-did the spot to her satisfaction. This is a really great business! The customer service is excellent. Everyone is really friendly and seems like they really care about their work and your happiness. They do excellent work as well. Our carpets were really bad and they did a great job getting out most of the urine stains from our cat. They even came back the next day to put on a stronger freshener for no extra charge.
