Customer service was great, they responded quickly and came back with a competitive quote. Had a Sat morning slot open, which worked great for us. They were on time and did a great job getting a pet stain out of the carpet. They also cleaned part of the adjacent room and stairs since they were in the path to the room we wanted cleaned. I called Guy based on the reviews I read on Yelp and the service was better than I expected. He was professional and extremely accommodating. I needed the carpets cleaned in my bedroom, hallway, office and staircase. So I called this company after reading all of the great reviews. I am so glad I did! We have started to have a problem with our two cats peeing in the corner of the kids playroom. I think they were upset over sharing a litter box. We got another one but since they could still smell it the kept going there no matter how much I tried to clean it. So we call to have our carpets cleaned. It is to the point that we will have to give our cats away if this problem continues. They came in and cleaned our carpets, but we could still smell the pee and so could the cats. So they continued to pee. We contacted Guy and they came back in and did a deeper cleaning of the spots. They pulled up the carpet got all layers in the floor at no charge. They said that if we still smell it there is even more aggressive things they can do. Guy really gave me hope in helping get this solved. I could not be more happy. I can not express how thankful I am for how hard they work to make there customers happy. I really feel like there customer service goes above and beyond. I would give them more stars if I could. This is the only company I will go through from now on. Thank you Guy and Guy Jr! You MUST hire this company. I couldn't be more pleased! We contacted Accel last week because we needed our dining room cleaned. Our elderly cat forgot where his litter box was and oh - you know, decided that the area rug in the dining room would do just fine. Awesome. Anyway, after taking the rug up, the carpet underneath had a slight smell, as it had soaked through a bit so we reached out and scheduled the appointment. They called and showed up as promised. I appreciate prompt! They pretreated the dining room and did a thorough cleaning of it. There is no lingering smell of what was there before. During the process, Guy gave us INCREDIBLE customer service. He and his partner were detailed and took incredible care to be mindful of everything else in the house/entryway. Five stars all the way. Guy is truly passionate about getting stains out. We have a white carpet with water damage, red dye, and house paint stains. Thought we needed a new carpet. Instead the carpet looks new. Tried Chem Dry and they didn't get any stains out. I've also tried other steam cleaners, but nobody gets the stains out like Guy. read more

Found Accel on Yelp and very glad I used them. Guy and Josh(?) were on time and very customer friendly. Well organized, careful with great attention to detail and thoroughness. They removed some stains that I thought would never come out, and I didn't even ask them to try. Guy did a fantastic job cleaning our carpets and stairwell after an event at our house. It seemed like a very challenging task, but his crew brought the carpet back to brand new condition. Guy arrived on time and took great care navigating baby gates and electronics. All of the furniture was moved and placed back like nothing ever happened! Absolutely fabulous! Guy did an AMAZING job that FAR EXCEEDED the previous professional carpet cleaning my clients had on their carpets years ago. There were nasty black dust lines all around the perimeter of the rooms and especially on the stairs. My clients tried to get rid of them and couldn't. Great service all around. Guy was very easy to work with and was able to get me in the very next day after I called. He arrived on time and really worked out the stains in the carpet and did a great job. I had a few "pet related" stains that were pretty bad and a previous carpet cleaner was not able to do anything about them, Guy was able to get them out so it looked like they were never there. But he was able to fit me in without a ton of advance notice, was super organized and great about communicating progress on the job when I couldn't be there - was awesome about dealing with keys. We were very happy with our entire experience with Accel Cleaning Services. Guy was extremely professional and thorough. He arrived right on time and knew exactly how to handle our tough stains. He worked efficiently and was even courteous enough to call us a few days later to make sure we were still satisfied with his work. There is just no way I can give this company more than 1 star, regardless of all the other great reviews. I called them to get my carpets and couches cleaned since I was moving out and the first time they came over, they completely forgot to the carpets! Only the couches were done and I had to get this place on the market ASAP. So they came back the next day to finish and when it came time to pay them, he ran my card 3 times which charged me over $1000. I was stuck being broke for the entire weekend and no discount was offered for the major inconvenience. Potential buyers are complaining that the carpet still doesn't look like it was cleaned. I have been looking for new carpet and upholstery cleaners since Andre decided to retire. I tried DA Burns (good, but pricey) and another cleaner (nice guy, but preached Evangelist Christian stuff to me after the cleaning. What I wanted was a good price for good work, and somebody who showed up on time and did a professional job. I Have Found My Cleaners. These are the people. Just what I asked for and at a good price. Drop that Val-Pak coupon for that other cleaner. They don't do a good job. Call the good people at Accel Carpet Cleaning and get great service and great results at a great price. My friend needed her carpets cleaned and came on Yelp to find somebody good. Based on the good reviews here, she called Guy and was really happy with the job he did, as well as his great customer service. That was good enough for me, so then I called him. He made my dirty, 6 year old microfiber couch look brand-new, and then he cleaned my area rug at no extra charge just because he was there and had everything all hooked up. He is really friendly, honest, totally professional, and reasonably priced. He even called the next day just to make sure everything dried OK and let me know if anything wasn't right, he would come right back at no additional charge to make it right. It's so hard to find people who love their work, who are really good at it, who understand customer service, and truly appreciate your business as much as Guy does. I had a very good experience with Accel Carpet Cleaning back in October. I contacted several different carpet cleaners on the Eastside and Guy was the only business that called me back! Because I am in a condo, maybe some people might think the job is too small to do? Who knows, but my carpets definitely needed cleaning due to some dark stains in the hallway and cat urine stains. I provided an estimate of the square footage of the 5 areas that I needed cleaned, and Guy gave me an estimate over the phone plus a window of time for the appointment. The price after Guy measured the areas was slightly cheaper than the phone estimate. The carpets looked and smelled great when Guy was done. I was very satisfied with how efficient the work was completed, and Guy was very friendly and helpful. Accel is a good company and I felt good about paying an honest, reliable, and friendly business owner like Guy.
