Overall: Very disappointed especially after I've read many good Yelp reviews and location is convenient. Thank goodness I only tried one pair of pants. Service: Ok, average. So 1 star for that. Was told I will get a call when the pants is ready but I didn't get any call. Quality: Poor; messed up my trouser. There are obvious lines on both sides of my pant legs. These trousers are not meant to be pressed iron until the lines of the inner lining show through. Clearly, they do not know that. Price: $5.45 for 1 trouser. Pricey for poor quality. Recommend: No, will not return. It's hard to find good pants with good fit. So sad, one of my 3 favorite pants has now been ruined. read more

I also noticed the prices are higher than other places I've used. I brought my dress to Accent cleaners since my hair color was all over in the front of the dress and its color was red!!! David was very nice and he promised he would do his best to get the stains out. I picked up the dress a few days later and all the stains were all cleared out. We just moved and were thrilled to find a cleaners so close to us. We thought we would be going there often. We took a duvet and cover in and they said it would be ready in 4 days which was totally okay. I wish I would have asked the cost. In the past the most I have been charged for both items is $40. This place charged me $80!!! WHAT?! It was too late to change my mind since they charge you AFTER the service is complete (again, my bad for not asking ahead of time). When I dropped off my items the woman asked me if I wanted them to put the duvet back in the cover, of course I said YES. Well, when I picked it up it was NOT put back inside. So a few months ago, I was driving my friend and his girlfriend back from a get together. She got sick in the back of my car and puked over my nice coat. In fact, even when living in San Jose I would bring my shirts down to Accent Cleaners for cleaning, instead of risking it with some other hack cleaners. Usually takes 2-3 days to get it done, but if you need it faster, just ask! They've done rush jobs for me on a number of occasions. Fair price!
