Our original screen was left with drips of paint, we tried but was not able to clean it out. So, we called Accent Screens, and spoke with Clay. His knowledge and his excitement to share his knowledge with us was so impressive, also the price he quoted us was very reasonable that we opted to have him do the job for us before we hung up the phone. We are happy and satisfied with Clay's recommendation. Had my carport screened in December,2022 and Clay did a good job with the installation. Six months later I had an issue with a cross bar of which he came out to look at but said he would have to take that section into the shop to repair. Well now it's been a month later and that's the last I saw or heard from him. He has ignored my text to him and will not answer the phone. This is much to my surprise because in the beginning of contracting the job he came across nice and upstanding. I got my new sun screens today. They are likely the nicest built and highest quality screens I've seen. As a realtor, showing homes, I've seen a ton of screens! The construction of these screens is great - even the hardware they install with is highest quality - brass instead of plastic. Most screens are metal on metal- metal screen frame on a metal window frame. This company places a 1/2" strip of weather stripping into their design to block out bugs etc and seal off the window. I'm very impressed. If you are looking for sunscreens, please do yourself a favor and call these people. They are so professional, honest, and their quality is way above par! read more

We had our Shade Screens installed several months ago. I found them through SRP as an approved vendor that also offered a rebate. I found Accent screens to be very professional, arrived for the appraisal on time. Turnaround time for install was within a couple of weeks. Day of install arrived on time as promised. The day of the install Accent Screens had my rebate completely filled out for me. All I had to do was sign and mail! The customer service is top notch. Best looking and best quality screens out there. They do have a minimum for the summer time but if your getting screens might as well cover as much glass as possible like I did. Made a huge difference on cooling my house with my 30 year old a/c unit. read more

Accent Screens installed sun screens on our house back in 2014. We were happy with them at the time. Recently, two of our screens blew off the windows. We have been trying to get them to come out and repair one of the screens for the last three weeks. They say they will get back to us and we never hear anything. Terrible customer service. We were really impressed with this company. They came to estimate cost in just a matter of days. Attaching the screens presented some unique problems but Clay was able problem solve the issues. We had two other bids but chose Accent Screens, even though bid was higher, as the detail explanation of what would be done far exceeded the other companies. We were also told that it would be at least a month before installation could be done. They others could do the job in about 2 weeks. We believed that the demand for Accent's service spoke to the quality as people were willing to wait. We are very pleased with the screens and installation. After working with Clay for several months, he was great and very patient with me. Our HOA needed approval before we could begin. Any Realtor or person involved with a home should use Clay. He was one of the three approved vendors from SRP. He had the best followup and sounded like he wanted my business. I am impressed. Wow, this place was awesome. I called looking to get a couple of screens put on arched windows on the front of my house. I had gone to a couple other places that wanted what seemed to me to be way too much money for what I wanted done. Accent Screens offered to do it for a little more than HALF of what the other places wanted. And they would even come out and install the screens for me! What a deal! Chet came out and explained the whole process to me (they make their screens a little differently than what you typically see), as well as care and maintenance for the screens. He came and did the job for exactly what was quoted while I was at work and even sent in the SRP rebate for me.
