This review is well overdue. I found this shop after a quick Google search. A gentleman gave me a call back. During the call he told me that I could bring in my laptop for repair. Professional. After arriving at the shop and explaining the issue, I was told that my laptop would be fixed the following Friday (I dropped it off on a Saturday). Several days later, I receive a call, text, and email telling me that my laptop was ready for pick-up. Excellent communication and speedy service. The gentleman that helped me was awesome. Communication was consistently poor, and we received conflicting explanations about the whereabouts of our original motherboard and phone. The lack of transparency and follow-through left me thoroughly disappointed with how Marc and the team handled our request. It's a no for me. On May 5, 2026, we brought our Samsung device to AccessONE Solutions for one reason: data recovery. We were told they would attempt to recover the data and that ordering a new motherboard was part of the process. Instead, the new motherboard reset the phone, and no data was recovered. Marc would state that of course that's what a new motherboard would do but Sarah (I believe her name to be) made that originally statement, so that's what we understood. After that hooplah, we asked for our phone with the original motherboard reinstalled so we could move on. What followed was weeks of frustration beginning in June. We made REPEATED phone calls, LEFT SEVERAL voicemails, STOPPED by the store multiple times, and even left a written note with our names and case number requesting a callback before escalating this. When we were finally able to speak to Marc, he said, Sarah is back and they'll need a day or two to find the motherboard. When we arrived on Friday, July 3rd, Marc told us he had "fixed the phone." its working now. That completely missed the point! We didn't bring the phone in to have it "fixed"--we brought it in for data recovery. Once that wasn't possible, our only request was to have the original motherboard put back into the phone and our property returned. I explained in detail to the receptionist that my left charging port had stopped working first, then the right side failed shortly after, and that I had already tried different outlets and cables with no luck. I wasn't sure if the issue was with the battery, the ports, or something internal, so I decided to give this shop a try after seeing many positive reviews. The receptionist was a lady and she did a quick basic check, then she recommended me their diagnostic service for $89 (which came to $95 after tax). I agreed and left my MacBook for the day. The next day, I was told the charging port on one side needed replacing for $180, and since the other side was also "broken," it would cost another $180--$360 total just for the ports. When I asked if they were certain this was the problem, the tone of the conversation shifted, and I was made to feel as though I was being difficult, rather than just trying to confirm the diagnosis before committing to a costly repair. I am not sure if the lady knows what she's doing I decided not to proceed and picked up my MacBook, only to later notice that the bottom case had not been reassembled correctly--the edge was slightly coming off and did not line up as it should be. I then brought it to the Apple Store, explained the exact same situation, and within 30 minutes they determined it was a software issue, not a hardware failure. They FIXED IT COMPLETELY FREE of charge, even reassembling the bottom case perfectly within minutes. My MacBook has worked flawlessly ever since. I understand that independent repair shops provide a valuable service and need to charge for their time, but in my experience here, I ended up spending $95, losing two days, and nearly paying hundreds for a repair that wasn't needed. Based on this, my personal recommendation for anyone with a MacBook charging issue would be to start with the Apple Store, as they were able to provide a quick, accurate, and free solution in my case. I WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS. I went to this place to get my headphones fixed a while back, because the right side's sound wasn't clear. Seeing all the good google reviews I thought this was the place to go. I don't remember the exact details as this was about a year ago, but he essentially lied and lied again about when my item would be returned to me. He said the problem was one thing at first, but then it was another that was going to cost more money. A repair that was supposed to take a week ended up taking almost 2 months, and the only thing consistent about it all was the AWFUL customer service. Marc and his minion were never honest, were very nasty, overcharged and it's honestly a MIRACLE I even got my device back. Please please never go here. Went in for a phone repair and Marc asked for a week to do a "diagnostic." Had to pay nearly 80$ for that. One week later he still doesnt know whats going on and asks for another week. I took my phone back and asked what he found wrong with it and he gave me some obvious lie. Pretty much repeated what I told him. Gave me another quote for way more for things that weren't even wrong. Went to another spot and they looked at my phone and within 10mins ordered the parts and fixed it within couple days. I came to Marc to get my battery replaced for my MacBook Pro. The battery was replaced fine the issue is my trackpad has stopped working. When I went back to Access One Solutions to tell him that my perfectly functioning trackpad had not been working since the battery repair he told me I was out of luck and there was nothing he could do, unless I wanted to put in a new order for a trackpad repair completely unprofessional and not standard in the electronics business. Until he doesn't rectify this I will never recommend him to friends, coworkers and family members again. STAY THE F AWAY. I was blindsided by all the positive google reviews. I called around for quotes to fix my broken camera lens glass case on the back of my iPhone X. Access One was the cheapest and now I know why.  Dropped my phone off for an hour, came back and turned it on after the "fix", and my camera is now blurry. Instead of acknowledging the screw up, Marc tells me he doesn't know if my camera was "already scratched" before I dropped it off. I show him a clear picture with a timestamp taken literally 20 minutes before dropping it off. He then tries to tell me that my picture is a selfie and it's the front-facing camera (it wasn't) and then reluctantly tells me he'll fix it, asks for my passcode, and has me sitting and waiting for another 45 minutes. He gives it back and tells me he replaced the camera and acted like he was doing ME a big favor. I'm walking to my car when I notice there's no service. I bring it back in and they play around with it for a bit, and I have service again. I leave and try to make a call and by the time I'm a good 5-7 minutes out, I'm stuck again with no service. I also notice at this time that my Face ID doesn't work, there's now some broken green pixels in my top right corner, and there's a big gap in where the front screen is attached to the rest of the phone. My husband calls them to tell them we brought in a perfectly-working phone and they ask us to bring it back in and leave it overnight, with our passcode. He says he'll take care of it overnight and it'll be fixed tomorrow and he'll call when it's ready for pick-up. The entire Friday passes and not a single word. We call, no one answers. We stopped by, no one there. Same thing on Saturday. Same thing on Sunday, They've now held onto our phone for 3 days without a single word or update. It's at this time that we finally discover the other reviews that mention how this business has held devices hostage and one individual even had to file a police report before getting his device back. Most people would have called the cops but we decided to play nice and wait until Monday. Monday comes around, we show up and Marc acts all nonchalant about the fact that they haven't said a single thing to us since Thursday. He tells me to come back in an hour because Alex needs to come in and "close it up". I pull up in an hour, Alex pulls up next to me, opens his door and hits my car (no lie), and slowly makes his way up the stairs. He basically asks for another week to work on it while he figures out the service issue and we agreed to leave him alone, thinking he's actually trying to do right by us. We wait till Monday and again, don't hear from him. It's now been 1.5 weeks. Again, he dodges our calls and texts. My husband drives to the shop to confront him. My phone still has no service and now Marc backtracks and says that the phone was "fine" after he fixed it the first time and basically implies that WE caused all the issues. No refund. No apologies. A million excuses and a million red flags along the way that our naive selves decided to ignore. Find another repair shop if you're trying to get a MacBook repaired. I dropped my laptop off on March 27th due to it not charging. I was told diagnostics would take two business days. That "2 days" turned into 7 days in which he says he will order a magsafe port that will take a week to deliver. After those 7 days I called multiple times a day and have even text the 240-391 number to try and get updates. I have gotten voice mail each time and no return call. The one time I called from a different number I got a return call immediately (Of course since he believes it's new business). I go up there in person only to get more excuses about how someone was supposed to contact me and there's a new issue with my laptop and it's still undergoing diagnostics after a month and he will be sure to stay on top of communication with me. A week later I try to contact the business and what do you know, again no response. I'm understanding if a business is working short staffed, has an increase in business or even if they don't know what they're doing and can't fix the thing, but one thing I can't tolerate is a lack of professionalism and communication. This has made me lose trust in this business at this point. I'll be getting my computer back and filing a complaint with the better business bureau Update 5/16/20 I took my computer to a reputable company that specializes in macbooks. After his diagnosis, the first question he asks me is did I have my laptop serviced before, and if so did I make the repair guy upset. He asked because it looked like my laptop was sabotaged. He noticed that the fans were put on backwards, there were wrong screws placed in the laptop, which he says looked like somebody hastily put the computer back together, he said there was grease smeared everywhere on the inside. His assessment was that the individual that serviced my laptop had no idea what they were doing or they just intentionally jacked my computer up. Please do yourself a favor, go to literally any other repair shop, especially if you have a macbook. This was the only shop to do any type of service on my laptop to this point. read more

Reading other reviews here it's clear that my experience with this 'business' and their terrible customer service is just the norm for them. I would stay away as they aren't really even that competent to begin with- spend your money elsewhere. They are rude, incompetent and generally unpleasant to deal with. Worst service and customer service. I brought my PlayStation 4 in to get repair due to it only playing in 480p. The guys there said that they would be able to fix it by switching the hdmi port. It was working before I brought it in meaning I was able to play video games but with a limited output. Needless to say when my ps4 was return it was not turning on and they said that it wasn't their fault and they tried every thing. I chalked my playstation up as it would never work because it didn't come on and nothing came across the tv. Months later I said hey let see if it to another shop ad the opened it and the guy show me that they burned my mother board trying to switch the hdmi port as well as didn't even solder it back on the board. Where do I start? Firstly in todays world a cell phone is essential, not having one can have serous social and professional implications. Anyone who takes their phone to a repair place obviously doesn't have insurance on their phone and in some cases may not have a back up phone, so these repair ordeals we want to go as quickly as possible. I walked in there in the evening on 11/20, told them my problem which was a broken charging port. I was told that I could forgo diagnostics since I told them the problem(but I would have to pay if another problem came up later - this is fair). I was then told if the part was in stock I could receive my phone the next day, if not they would order it and it would be there within 24 hours. The part was not there, they had to order it. This takes 3-5 business days, not the one day which was communicated to me on 11/20. However I said OK, I'll let it slide. Now I am here on 12/2 - 12 days after I gave them my phone and I went to pick it up. Not only was my phone not touched, they wanted to charge me a $25 fee to get it back. i asked them if this was for keeping my phone warm for two weeks. No, the fee was for diagnostics. I got my phone back without paying them, however I am still in the same state I was 12 days ago. Take your business elsewhere if you want honest and forthright people to take care of your problem in a suitable time frame. read more

I brought in my daughter's iphone X in with a cracked screen. I was told it would cost $160 to fix. After getting the "repair" and bringing it home I realized it did not work. The screen was lit up but could not detect finger movements. He had not even bothered to check that it worked. I brought it back again and he tried to fix it but could not. He refunded me $100, but said I had to pay $60 for "labor". So I paid $60 dollars to get back my broken phone in exactly the same condition! He had even reinstalled the broken screen! He never did a diagnosis before working on the phone and he never told me I might have to pay if he couldn't fix it. He refused to refund my money. Horrible service! I brought my HP laptop to them to repair a broken fan. I was told that the part had to be ordered and the process would take about two weeks and that someone would follow up with me via email or phone. 2 weeks goes by and I receive no communication and after 3 weeks I was able to finally reach them after countless phone calls. I was advised that the computer had not been touch and I was told to call back in another 7 days. After the 14 days, I was told that I could pick up the computer on Saturday but due to the holiday, they would be open only for 1 hour(11:00am-12:00pm). Upon my arrival (11:00am), I found the shop closed and after waiting 30 minutes, I decided to leave. When I finally picked my computer, not only was the fan not repaired, I was now told that hard drive had mysteriously gone bad and they never repaired the fan. My concerns were, my computer had no issues besides the fan and I was now the hard drive that was working is dead. I would stay far away from this place as possible, I felt violated, robbed and the communication at this place SUCKS! read more

Not really sure if it's just me, but this place sucks. I went in there on a Thursday to fix my Lenovo laptop cause the screen wasn't working. I dropped my laptop off & was called back on Friday to come pick it up. I also received a confirmation email that my device was ready for pick up. I came in on Saturday morning at 10:32am, as they open at 10am to pick up my device. The man there told me that it was "too early" to pick up my device and that it's not fixed yet. He said he didn't expect me to come this early, that the reason why I got the confirmation email and the call that my device was ready was because the job would only take 45 minutes to fix. Despite me showing him the email and calls that my device was ready, I was asked to wait 45 more minutes for my device. Considering the fact that I had to leave for work, I told him that I would return on Monday. Before going in on Monday I called first to make sure the device was fixed this time. The man I spoke with on the phone (different guy) told me that my device has been ready since Friday, & that the other guy doesn't speak good english. (But he speaks it enough to tell me it's too early & my device isn't ready). I came back on Monday to pick up my device and once I got home, the device screen stopped working again. A complete waste of time. I will be going back there only once more & it's for my refund. read more

Wish I could give 0 stars. AVOID THIS SHOP I had issues with two separate cases dealing with Access One Solutions. Each case ended with a phone in WORSE condition than when I dropped it off to be "fixed" and each time, they kept saying that it would be fixed but pushed the repair date back. First, I had a Galaxy S4 with a cracked screen. Two weeks after the drop off day was when we finally got the phone back, even though they said it would be completed in a day. We called at least 5 times and they kept saying, "Give us two more days." However, after fixing the screen, we discovered that the camera was not working and the phone screen became blurry (which was not an issue before dropping off the phone to be fixed) so they said they would fix it. They fixed the blurry part but then the camera never showed an image after they worked on the camera a second time. Essentially, they put the phone in worse condition after each time they "fixed" the phone. After the THIRD time of having it sent over to them (about two months later), I just took the phone back because I was too frustrated with the level of service I was receiving. I also dropped off a Moto X on the same day I dropped off the Galaxy S4 the first time. I simply needed my screen to be replaced and I was told it would take one week. After a week, they informed us that they needed to order a new part. I kept calling them every week to check up on the status of the phone and each time, they kept giving a new excuse and pushed the repair date back one week. After two months of this, I took the phone back and just like with the Galaxy S4, the phone was in worse condition. The Moto X simply doesn't turn on anymore and is completely dead. Before, it was fully functional with a cracked screen. But hey, at least the screen's not shattered anymore. They never fulfilled what they promised and actually left both phones in WORSE condition than when I originally gave it to them. They told me that both would be simple fixes and that it wouldn't take more than a day and a week, respectively. They also never called me back to update me on the status of the phone. This could have been avoided had they simply kept me in the loop instead of leaving me in the dark without knowing what was going on with my phones. I needed my Kindle charger fixed. The repair is common but I didn't want to try it myself & Kindle no longer offers repairs. Access One Solutions diagnosed the problem and fixed it. They took a couple of weeks to get it done but it saved a device that the company said would have to be replaced. The cost was reasonable at $40. They were courteous & offered a great explanation. Took them nearly a month to replace my keyboard without prior notice. They also do not answer the phone or call you back usually. There was a lady at the desk and she was nice and she apologized for this inconvenience. They need to hire more people to respond to their customers needs. This place is TERRIBLE. The guy who works there acted like I was someone who randomly came up to his door at home, not a customer. He charged $80 just to fix an iPod. That was my mistake for not just walking out. He said it would take a week to order the part and two hours to do the work. I had to call back the following week to find out if the part actually came in (The guy claimed he called me, but he did not.) When I took the iPod in to get fixed, he said it would take several days because he was leaving early and the next day was a holiday. That would be understandable except I went in at 3 pm and was told earlier the shop was open until 7. When I finally got my iPod back it seemed like it worked but I later realized it didn't work right. Against my better judgement, I went back to see if he would actually fix it properly. It took weeks for him to look at it only to say I would have to pay $80 more to get it fixed and to blame me for why it wasn't working. Terrible customer service. We dropped a phone off with a broken screen on December 3, 2015. It is currently December 31, 2015 and we have STILL not received the phone back. When I initially called to inquire about their services, they said that the phone in question would take only about an hour to repair. When we came into the store for the first time to drop it off, the man working there said they had to order the screen since they didn't have the screen in stock. That was okay with us, and so we agreed. We paid a $100 deposit (It was a total of $230 to repair the phone) for them to order it. They said it would take 5-7 business days for the new screen to be ordered, then we could come in and get the phone fixed within an hour. They also said they would call us when it would come in. Fast forward to a week and a half later, and no call for them. We decided to call them and ask what the issue was. Apparently the manufacturer sent them the "wrong part" so they had to reorder it. Okay fine. Another 5-7 business days. Well, we called back after another week or two, and more excuses. "Oh, it hasn't come in yet." "Oh, we should get it sometime this week." And then we asked for our $100 deposit back, and they REFUSED. We did not want to continue with their service since this all seemed fishy. My friend has been calling and we keep getting the same excuse that it should arrive soon--blaming Samsung for the delay. I personally called today, and they said that they "couldn't disclose information to me," since I wasn't the account holder (my friend with the broken phone was the account holder). I called back an hour later with my friend on the line so he would be able disclose information to both of us. Anyway my friend and I both called him (I'm assuming on his personal number), and he picked up and hung up. Then we called two more times and no response. Called the store number, no response. Finally left a voicemail. I don't expect him to call me back. So in summary: DO NOT COME TO THIS STORE. Extremely unprofessional service. I believe they are frauds. I will post an update if they actually fix the phone or give us our deposit back, but from their current behavior, doesn't look like it's going to happen. If you want unprofessional, unreliable service, this is the business for you. Don't expect to hear back from them, and don't expect them to pick up if you call them. Marc the owner and technician or better yet I'll call him the magician, I brought my android LG G3 phone to him, it was having all kinds of issues, it wouldn't connect to wifi, rebooting randomly and draining my battery, I took it to 3 other cell phone repair facility and they all couldn't do anything for me, they all told me it's a hardware issue and I have to send it back to the manufacturer,even the tech support for at &t could not resolve the issues, so I want to let everyone that have any kind of cell phone issue to go see Marc asap! He's honest and straight forward, and no I'm not getting paid for this review, but I'm extremely satisfied with his expertise and customer service and he save me from buying a new phone. read more
