This shop is awesome. The owner Marc is a straight forward type and gets everything done the right way. The shop is slightly small but there's a waiting area outside the shop with cold a/c. Their prices are a little steep but it's due to genuine parts instead of cheap Chinese parts that most other shops use. Turn around time is quick from same day to 5 days depending if they have to order parts. It's way better than other repair shops in the dmv. Their staff are friendly and helpful. I rather come here and tell my friends about this place because they have better treatment and actually know what's the issue is with your electronics. They also buy cell phones, computers and tablets so if you have any that you don't use then come there and they'll diagnose it to see if it works and buy it from you. I love this place. read more

I recently picked up my MacBook from them 2 days prior and let me just say I am BEYOND pleased with their services. I was initially nervous because I have never had anyone service my Macbook outside of the Apple store. However due to COVID its very difficult to get a Apple Store genius appt so I looked elsewhere. I work from home and my computer just all of a sudden blacked out and start beeping, I was so stressed because now I work from home and desperately need my computer every day and did not want to buy a whole new Macbook. Luckily they were able to fix my computer by replacing a drive they ordered AND were able to save ALL my data for a reasonable price. I had AccessOne Solutions repair 2 IPad for me. One needed repair to the port (I was unable to use charger port, unable to place charger cord in unit) and the other required repair to screen due to cracks throughout and holes around edges of IPad in screen. I would highly recommend them - no one could tell me that they would be able to fix the IPad with all the cracks and holes, I was going to give them a try because it looked impossible to me. I was desperate to have my phone fixed because of the nature of my job and the need I have to be in constant communication with superiors. I called to ahead to say I was coming but arrived earlier than expected. Still, AccessOne made room for my phone in the heavy work schedule and within a half hour I had a new screen on my cracked (terribly cracked) iPhone 5c. Unlike other repair shops, AccessOne had the screen in stock and accomodated me in my sorry situation. I am grateful for their service and for tempering my haste. I found this place online to repair my iPhone 5 and my laptop. The owner greeted me as I walked in, and inquired about the issues with my phone and laptop. Told me the issue with them and gave me an estimate. Which was fair and a good price. I came back the next day and everything was repaired as promised and no issues to date! Found this place the first time for broken screen. Wasn't quite sure where exactly it was but called to be sure I was at the right location and they said yes its in the building upstairs. Initially told me it would be 30min to fix so I decide to stay and watch some TV and he finished it in about 15min. This trip today was for my phone having an accidental dip in the swimming pool (toilet bowl). I was reassured he would try his best and would only charge if he is able to turn the phone on. Access one, I requested a repair to my external Sata hard drive. To re-solder and attach my usb 3.0 port as it was damaged in an accident. Estimate of $68.00 on arrival and inspection. Had other quotes at $80.00 by phone. Delivered the hard drive in 11.30 am to Access one on Monday, no request for a fast repair. Access One called Tuesday 1pm, ready to collect. On collection the ext hard drive usb port repaired, excellent job and the power port strengthened too. Cost of $68.90. Highly recommend as these hardware repair jobs are expensive at any location, fair price. read more

I had a charger port issue with my toshiba laptop and they fixed the issue within two hours even though they told me the would have my laptop done within 24-48 hours . They provided me with very expedient service and a free diagnosis of the problem. If you are unable to fix your laptop yourself because you lacked the repair tools and you have other problems you have to deal , I WOULD recommend going to these guys if you are in the local area and you want someone else to fix it. I went into Access one with a pair of Beats Studio 3 that had a broken head band and what was diagnosed as a blown out right speaker. Mark assured me that it would be fixed and he followed through. When I went in to pick them up he told me the right speaker didn't need to be fixed that he only needed to make some adjustments bc it was not blown out upon further looking. I dropped my cell phone and the glass screen completely cracked. I wanted to just replace the glass because it was cheaper but then I asked what was benefit of replacing the whole thing and Marc who is the technician explained the advantages and disadvantages. Came in with half my screen not working after getting it repaired at a mall. Marc took one look at it and knew that the lcd was broken under although the glass was all intact and not cracked. Took him 20 minutes to replace the screen and the price was surprisingly low and reasonable.
