I had my window replaced and the installation was bad, when it rained my car got wet on the inside, Which now I do have water damage. James had his Guys come out and replace my window again and he said he would reimburse me. It's been a month I have not seen a dime. My windshield cracked during Snowpocalypse 2011, and I had to find, pretty quickly, someone to replace it. I called around for quotes first, and not only did Accuracy Glass give me a great quote immediately (almost $100 less than many other places I called), James called around and looked for a better price for me on the windshield for my car. He called me back within 10-15 minutes with a price that was even less than the original quote. The man who came to fix my windshield, Kevin, showed up a bit early (he called first to let me know he was on his way). He was very professional and courteous, and he did a thorough and expeditious job in getting the windshield replaced. It looks great. Over all, I am extremely happy with the work that they did, the quality of the windshield and installation, and I feel that everything was done at a more than reasonable price, especially since the windshield and work is guaranteed for the time that you own the vehicle; they also repair for free any small chips that you might get in the windshield. read more

Horrible service. I found a Living Social deal for windshield replacement. He quoted a price and then when I mentioned a Living Social deal, he increased the price by $50. Fine. The morning of the appointment, he called and said he did not have the windshield in stock and would call later that day to confirm when he would have the windshield. He never called. When I called back he said that the price would now be $250 more than his original price. He's a rip off. Needless to say I returned the Living Social deal and I am in the process of discussing his business tactics with them. read more

This experience was pretty annoying. My car had been broken into so I needed a piece of glass for my passenger side rear window. The quote was reasonable. James said that he'd be here "early Saturday morning". Around 1PM, he finally called once I had tried to call him a few times. He binge called me and said that someone would be out Sunday to repair it. I didn't hear anything Sunday so I called Monday morning and he said they would be out around 1PM. Around 1PM, 2 guys (not James) did show up. They were extraordinarily kind and spent a good hour getting the new piece of glass in. Once they got it in, they handed me an invoice that was $25.00 higher than the quoted price. I had printed the quote off that was sent to me online and I showed it to them. They attempted to call James but he didn't pick up. Then they stated to me "oh, often times he'll tack on extra charges, don't worry about it, we'll take the amount that he quoted you". They were very nice guys but I think if the quoted amount is going to be different from the actual amount, you should tell the customer PRIOR to showing up and installing the glass. Thankfully, the 2 guys who came out were very kind. Before using this company, make sure you check out their profile on the better business bureau website. They've had 11 substantiated complaints. I probably wouldn't use them again. read more

This company is great, particularly the owner James. They came out to fix my driver side window. I had supplied my own OEM glass but the installation guy shattered the new glass while installing it on. He claimed that if the glass breaks, it's not his responsibility. However, a quick phone-call to James resolved the issue as he personally offered to go out to the dealership to pick up the new glass and get it installed. I don't think they made any money on this install and it took probably 4 hours for the whole thing. However, this is great customer service. If you use any other glass repair company they will not stand behind their work. read more

I woke up one morning to see my car window busted in. I called around and Accuracy Glass had the cheapest quote by far. I worked with James, who had to do a bit of searching to find a window for my old Infinity. Unfortunately, he ran into issues with getting a used window, but to his credit, he communicated with me every step of the way and worked diligently to find one that would work. The guys who came out to replace the window were pleasant and worked quickly. For all my patience (it took several days to find a window that would work), James knocked the price down. I discovered my rear window had been smashed, got 3 quotes and Accuracy came in the lowest. I called late afternoon on a Monday and confirmed the price and availability of my glass. My car was repaired promptly the following day. I had to be away while the repair took place, but didn't have to give payment until later that evening after I had the chance to inspect it. My car window was shattered by an acorn/walnut/vampire fight, etc. James, the owner, was very quick in responding to me. He worked hard to give me the price that I was quoted online, which was over 75.00 less than other companies! It was awesome! I am a hard worker and take care of what I own... I had a crack on my (2 y-o car) windshield due to a mild incident, which grew bigger after a freezing night while traveling for work (parked outside). James answered to the call and arranged quickly to have the windshild replaced. The techs came to my office and had the work done minutes later; put a tape between the top of the windshield and the panoramic roof and told me not to remove for a day. When I removed the tape the next day, I could see the glue/seal between the two glass panes - it did not look professional and the glue made bumps on the glass.. I called James back, who responded to my call and said he would come to my residence and look at the work done. He did. He said it could have been a manufacturing defect and he would schedule a replacement - I wish this one tech hadn't. Paco (I think that's how you spell it) showed up and did the work; however, now the panoramic roof edge is scretched. And he had the guts to tell me it's just a cosmetic thing --- for a car that cost $40K?? They are supposed to swap the damaged part - not cause more damages!!! And it is not like he was unsupervised, either. Maybe James is a professional at it - however, his techs need a lot of training. Stay away from Accuracy Glass. read more

I had my driver window replaced in August. They came to my house and also told me a different price saying tax was not added. I had to give them like another $25 or so. After driving around I noticed I could hear air coming through the window and noticed water coming in when I go through the drive thru car wash. I told the assumed owner James about my problem and he kept saying he would call me back. He never did. I called him back and he said bring my truck to him. I did and he couldn't find the problem. He then said he would have another one of his guys to call me to take a look at it. I never received a phone call from either of them. Weeks have went by now and he has made no attempt to resolve my issue. I called him again to take care of me and right back to the same BS!!! Now mind you when I was in the process of calling around to get the lowest price he was calling me back to make sure he would get my business. Now that I gave him my business and its a problem he doesn't want to fix it. Now I have to pay someone else to fix his mess. He did have the lowest price but the quality was not worth it especially on my foreign vehicle. I will definitely NOT be going back if I ever need a window replacement again nor will I refer anyone to him/them!!! read more

Let me first say I was pleased with the promptness of the initial call....the technician called me back to verify work address and give me a time of arrival. George, the tech shows up a bit late but no worries Atlanta traffic...this is where the nightmare begins, my windshield was replaced and the work was sloppy, my alarm monitor was not replaced and no longer sticks to inside of windshield, still no problem, I figured I would just fix it.....I get home and the glue from the price or inventory tag was left on my windshield. I cleaned it and realized that there was a defect in the windshield....I immediately called James the owner/manger (I guess) he would not be straight with me and was advised that it would be a few days before they could replace windshield since the glue wasn't set as he put it. It was Saturday, he stated, first thing Monday he would call me....Monday all day no call, when I finally get him on phone he claims his tech called in so he would get him out to me first thing next morning....same thing on Tuesday, NO CALL...I reach him Tuesday afternoon and he conferences in his tech who states he will be at my job first thing Wed morning.......it is now 12:30 Wednesday afternoon and neither James or his tech has called me to schedule fixing my windshield. I just called him and he states he is trying to reach his tech now and will call me back.....I am warning you STAY AWAY from this guy and his shady business practice. Good windshield repair aint cheap, and cheap windshield repair in this case aint good!!!! read more
