My mechanic recommended that I should have the alignment checked after his repair. So, I returned to get my car alignment checked . Ended up that it didn't need any significant adjust . Another great visit to Accurate Alignments. They truly live up to their name, my alignment is 100% right on. Someone sideswiped my Audi S/Q5 and just barley touched my passenger side rear wheel. Luckily the car was only slightly out of alignment. It took them 20 min to make the small adjustments and I was on my way. As usual the staff are friendly and helpful. They guys are awesome and very honest. Came in for a wheel alignment and 30k service. Scott got me checked in quickly. James the owner informed me during the service that my transmission was leaking. My first thought was shake down. Before I said anything he showed me the leak and said not to worry still under warranty. Sure enough when I arrived home had transmission fluid in the driveway. Accurate alignments saved my Jeep. I went to three different places trying to figure my steering problems out and then my brother-in-law referred me to Accurate Alignments and Service in Oceanside. James was the only one able to figure it out. This was not an easy task since I have a 1992 custom YJ with coil over shocks and a 6 inch lift kit & 35 inch tires. He is a master at his craft and took the time to figure it out. I can't even tell you all the things that he did because he really did that much and took so much care. I can now drive on the highway without white knuckles and a stomach ache. His entire staff are awesome! His wife, Brooke, had to special order bushings and was so patient about it. The bushings were no longer available so they had to put their minds together and measure the bushings and custom order the right fit. When I called, somebody always picked up or called me back right away. My main contact was Scott who is super cool and a great communicator. I cannot say enough good things about this company, and I will recommend all my friends and family to them because they have proven themselves to me. read more

Pleasure to work with. I had an extremely lowered car and was turned away from multiple alignment shops. These guys took me in no problem and even built custom ramps so that I could get on the alignment rack without having to take off my front lip or bumper. Even with all that trouble, they still got me a more than fair price and just like the sign says, the alignment was accurate. Basically got scammed. I took my car in to get my engine light off and somehow the car came back to me worse than it was before. Car was acting fine for about 2 or 3 weeks then started overheating and rumbling where I was nervous to even drive my car (which I was not before taking the car in). Not only did they take a decent amount of time, which I could understand, I still had to bring it back another two times leaving it for another 5 days to a week because the problems got worse and weren't getting fixed. Mechanic kept thinking he knew what he was doing and instead of telling us he's unsure the first time we continued to bring it back. After the last time taking it back he offered a refund although spending over $1k I only received $40 back. Definitely wasn't worth my money to only receive the money back for one of many things changed on the car. Very unprofessional. read more

The brand of suspension Mount that My truck had got discontinued so they found a way to get me new suspension mounts without breaking the bank. They even went to the length of having custom ones built for my pickup. They did not charge an arm and leg to do the work on my pickup. I've been coming here for years. Very constant and reliable. I've been to a few other alignment places because of time restraints and always regretted my choice. They're usually booked out for at least a few days to a week, just a heads up. But there's a reason for that because they're the best. I recently found out they do more than alignments. I was looking to get an alignment on my truck after putting on a new set of tires, so I fired up Yelp, searched for alignment, and Accurate Alignments and Service, Inc was the first hit. Solid reviews, all five star ratings, I knew that this was my place. I used the 'Request a Quote' feature, and Brooke answered my questions, gave me a quote, and helped me to schedule an appointment. When I arrived, I was greeted by Brooke, and gave her my keys. They immediately put my truck on the lift to assess the alignment and got right to work. After about 20 minutes, I was informed that my alignment wasn't that far off of tolerances, which was a surprise as I've never had one performed on my vehicle. I was handed my keys back 45 minutes after I had turned them over to the Accurate Alignment team. As I went to pay for the service, I noticed that 20% was knocked off of the final price. I would have been perfectly happy paying what I was quoted, but this was very much a welcome surprise! What can I say but honest and reliable. I have been using these guys since moving down here to Carlsbad. Originally partial owners of D&J Auto Doctors, hence the J... I followed the owner James and Brooke to their new location and business. If your looking for honest and reliable mechanics this is the place. Brooke is nothing but nice and is so helpful in understanding and explaining the price before work begins. And her husband James is a master mechanic that always steers you in the right direction. They are never pushy and always taking the extra step to make sure the job us done right. James even explained to me the crazy noise I wish would go away on my Explorer is a timing belt. Dreadful when he explained Ford and their brillant design team put the timing belt towards the rear of the engine and only way to fix it is removing the engine. He did mention a quick fix to prolong the repair and I am headed to order that quick fix this weekend. Then while servicing my Accord noticed the last place in OC, remains nameless, hadn't correctly inatalled my struts, bummer. He adjusted them and advised me to call them up and the warranty should cover the issue. Awesome... Thanks for looking out for the little guy. I made an appointment for an alignment after experiencing shaking while driving. After driving the car and some further inspection, the mechanic determined it was not an alignment issue causing the shaking, but rather tires out of balance. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, showing me and explaining the issues before proceeding with any work.
