I am always concerned when I bring a car in for service. I have dealt with enough mechanics over the years to have cause to be worried. Dropped off my 2012 VW because it was making a noise. Before I left James had it on the rack and was looking at it. They called me a few hours later and said it was done. Just a bolt that somehow came loose. I asked ho much? Brooke said James said don't worry about it. I tried to pay anyway but they would not take it, said it was just a simple loose bolt and there was no charge. This is so rare in this world in general but unheard of in car repair. They have won me over for life. I will be going to James for all my needs. Calling & looking for places to provide an estimate for rear struts/shocks, I called this place after reading the Yelp reviews. Brooke was courteous & friendly from the moment she answered the phone and provided me w/an estimate to greeting me a week later when I brought my car in! The estimate she provided was the most reasonable and did not include a diagnostic fee like four other of the local places I had called. Also their labor fee was cheaper than the rest. She itemized everything over the phone so you didn't get the feel of any hidden charges or being over charged. When I brought my car in, the service was quick and the final cost was actually cheaper than the estimate I was given over the phone (score!!) They have a returning customer in me! Highly recommend this shop for alignments and other automotive services! I have taken multiple vehicles here but most recently I brought in our 2021 4Runner that had bilstein shocks and lift springs installed by another shop. The other shop told me that this setup would align fine with stock uca's. Accurate Alignments was able to get the toe and camber in spec but the caster is way off. They recommended a couple uca's that I will be buying in the near future in order to get the castor in spec. They also found a lean to one side that they said they can fixed buy adjusting the spring. It's nice that they know what they are doing, they even discounted the price due to not getting the caster fully in spec. I wish 88 Rotors that does theses lifts on 4runners all day would have mentioned these common issues. Thank you Accurate Alignments! read more

Just had my 4Runner serviced for normal maintenance; it was great to see that an air cleaner needed to be replaced and I only had to pay for the part; their honesty and integrity continues every time I take my vehicle to them for service. This is the first business I've dealt with that made me want to sign up for a Yelp account and write a review! I've used Yelp in the past for recommendations, but I was never inspired to sign up until I went to Accurate Alignments. As other reviews have stated, owner James and his wife Brooke are wonderful folks. I originally chose this shop because of reviews, and the fact that James has specially made ramps for lowered cars! I have had 4 alignments, and James is extremely thorough, meticulous, interested in doing a good job for you, and proud of his work & shop. He is so helpful, he even went in on Thanksgiving to work on a car for someone in town for a short stay! Not only does he do alignments (his specialty), but he does regular auto repair work as well. I can not stress enough how wonderful these guys were. From the professionalism on the phone to driving around with my husband trying to recreate the noise. Turns out it was lose motor mounts, which I had driven on across the country. They fixed the mounts and at my request did a full diagnostic on the car. There were a few other minor things to be fixed and I had them do it. I have never felt so at ease with a mechanic I didn't personally know. I had the pleasure of getting an alignment for my 2011 135i from James at accurate alignments. All of the yelp reviews helped in my decision to try accurate alignments and I would like to share my experience to help the next person. My suspension is not extremely modified, but I am lowered with camber adjustments front and rear. James is a car guy and has taken the time to build ramps in order for cars with lowered suspension to safely get on his alignment rack. The staff at Accurate Alignments are the best. They truly understand and embrace the lost art of customer service. I have a 350z that was having alignment issues (beyond the normal ones that Z's have, that is) and was getting feathering one tire significantly more than the other. Brooke was able to fit me in and get my car on the lift with minimal wait and with no appointment. The techs checked my car and showed me my where the issue was likely coming from (a barely noticeable bent arm) and provided cost effective recommendations. I was able to make an appoint for future service, which they completed that same day. They even stayed late on a Friday to allow me to pick up my car even after it was my fault for missing their call in the afternoon letting me know the car was ready. I didn't even have to ask for the old parts, they were right there ready for me if I wanted them, something I've not experienced from a auto shop in a while. I was in need of an alignment as well as professional installation for my sport brake kit. I found Accurate Alignments on yelp and took my 2002 WRX in for service. There was zero hassle about installing my Stoptech aftermarket slotted rotors, steel brake lines, and new pads that I had purchased from my normal vendor. I thought I would use their little waiting room with WiFi to get some work done but instead I ended up talking to their super friendly staff and going over my car with the mechanic while he was completing the job. I actually learned a lot and he was very knowledgeable and happy to talk shop. He pointed out that one of my tie rods was about to go bad and I would have to replace that soon. Upon replacing that I would need another alignment. I know cars pretty well and he was spot on with his diagnosis so we held off on the alignment for now pending the new tie rod installation. Its been about a week since installation of the brakes and everything is working great and looks to be done perfectly. I will be going back for a full tie rod swap and alignment soon. I personally look for two things in a shop: Honesty and top quality work. I found both those elements at Accurate Alignments. Here you get the benefit of a high tech shop with the heart and soul of a family owned business. In the end, I felt that the price that I paid for this level of service was absolutely fair and would recommend them to friends, family, and fellow yelpers. read more
