Bait and Switch Advertising!! Bought a set of tires here, they were listed as having the lowest advertised price for the set I wanted and claim they offer a replacement warranty. They charge that rate per tire, and then the fees start coming in. Fee after fee end up putting them on the higher side of the market for the tires. At this point I have too much time invested so I move forward. They end up taking an hour and half longer than originally quoted. Then when I got a nail in the tire they charged me over a hundred bucks to replace the dang thing! After I had paid for the warranty!! Predatory marketing and dishonest service claims. Was on the way to pick up our kid from college when the tire light went on. We pulled over and a big shard of metal was in the tire and we could hear it hissing. I called and Matthew was so kind and told us to come right over. I was in a bit of distress since we also had a stripped stud. I bought 2 premium tires from Matthew today. I had no issue with the price of the tires. However, I was offered an alignment at "no charge" which then became an "alignment check" so they could charge me for an alignment later. Also, I was charged $97.00 for a tire maint. cert & extended warranty that I did not request & wasn't given the option to accept or deny. I would not go back to American Tire Depot again due to trust issues. read more

Our Chevy Colorado ZR2 picked up a nail or bolt in the front driver‑side tire while we were driving nearby, so we pulled into American Tire Depot hoping for help. We were greeted immediately by Enrique Baroja, who was professional, calm, and upfront even though the shop was clearly busy. He told us the truck would be ready in about 90 minutes. To our surprise, the truck was done in under an hour -- but the speed wasn't even the best part. The team discovered that the bolt hadn't fully penetrated the tire. Instead of upselling or charging for unnecessary work, they removed the bolt, checked and serviced all four tires, set them to the correct pressure, and even recalibrated the tire‑pressure indicator. All of this was done at no cost. That level of honesty, efficiency, and customer care is rare these days. Enrique and the crew delivered superior service, and they've absolutely earned our trust and future business. Highly recommended. read more

ATD helped us out! We are visiting the area and found one of our tires with a slow leak. Rick checked the tire for us and found a small nail. We were able to leave the car and walk back to where we were staying. They called a couple hours later and best of all, there was NO charge. Not happy. Made appointment for oil change, brake light. 9:00 am. They did some sort of check-said needed tire, alignment; said it was In service so figured 30 minutes-then popped back in and my car was in parking lot and not even on lift yet. So 2 hours later! I made an appointment because I needed to go to work and I had an appointment. Hence I missed them. I do not recommend. read more

Full recommendation for the American Tire Depot! I scheduled my appointment online for a premium oil change and general maintenance. Dropped off the car and opted to wait and read a book while the guys worked on the car. They were done in about 30 minutes, so wait time wasn't bad at all. For the full oil change, general maintenance and labor it came to out to $96.09. The inside of the store unfortunately burned down recently, they are expecting to get the inside up and running within the next month or so. They have their office set up outside in the mean time. Super nice guys and helpful with any questions I had. I do wish them the best and hope they recover soon! read more
