These guys are fantastic!! I had just moved here from California into a rental, the rental turned out not to have working heat, I had to leave and quickly. Called Nick, explained the situation and he got me scheduled right away. When the truck got there, it was clear that one truck wasn't going to handle it all so Nick sent a second truck (Mike's truck) to get the job completed. I was sooo grateful. They simply solve problems. They handled my stuff as if it was the most priceless things on earth, they were friendly, fun (as if moving could be fun) and they went above and beyond. I called them again when I needed to get some appliances moved and again, they just did what needed to get done without any issues. I actually left them (Mike again) to get the appliances from the store and drive them to where they needed to be knowing that they would check to make sure I was getting what I paid for, I could absolutely trust them. If you have a move, big or small, and you need people you can trust to care about you and your things, this is the company to call. I really can't say enough good things about them! read more

We needed to move in a jiffy and home2home was able to schedule us promptly. They arrived early and got the job done in the time they estimated they would be done. Before the move we spoke with Nick and he was very responsive to our emails and questions we had! The two movers that came were friendly and moved quick! I want to give 5 stars but we discovered a piece of furniture that was broken and in shambles after the movers had left. Before leaving they explained that our belongings are insured and if we discover anything broken to email them and it would be taken care of. We have yet to receive a response or email back about the issue. Once this is resolved I will change the review to 5 stars! Edit: Nick and the team were able to help us with a refund of .60 cents per pound for the item that was broken, they graciously added $20 to that to help cover a little bit more of it. read more

First of all it was very easy to get a quote from them, it was a lot quicker than other places I had called. The movers were very professional and courteous. The initial movers called and said they would be earlier than expected, after explaining I wasn't quite ready as I was waiting for a family member to come pick up my dog, they were able to schedule me with another team later in the day. The crew was nice enough to disassemble/re-assemble some of my bigger items for me. There was a problem with the invoice I signed being a different amount than my final total, however Nick was extremely professional and helped me resolve this issue quickly. It's also nice that they provide alternative ways to pay; such as Venmo. I would definitely recommend them for your next move. read more

The men showed up on time and they were very professional. It was raining that day and when everything was loaded, they invited me to come in the truck and I watched them tighten the rest of the items. I just moved into the apartment days earlier and I hadn't purchased a small rug to put at the door yet, so they used a piece of a box to wipe their feet when they entered. They placed everything where I wanted and it was done quickly. They even fixed my TV stand because it was loose at the bottom. The price was very reasonable...compared to other movers in the area. You were the cheapest. They went above and beyond that day and I truly appreciated that. I will definitely choose your company again the next time. This is my first ever Yelp review, but I've never been more compelled to write one. My husband initially wanted just us and a few friends to help us move. I can surely say we were both relieved when the day was over after having Nick and his buddy (sorry didn't catch his name) help us out. They called prior to their arrival. Masked up. Professional and courteous. They carefully wrapped our furniture with plastic and blankets. While I was huffing and puffing with the small stuff to my car, they were chugging away on mattresses, couches and dressers like it was nothing! Nick and his partner at H2H did a great job with our move! They arrived at the scheduled time, Nick assessed how best to handle our move and they got to work, carefully wrapping the furniture and moving it with care! Worked tirelessly with no breaks. Our move was a bit complicated with some belongings going to our new house and some to storage at a different nearby location. They handled it efficiently and actually got the job done sooner than we had anticipated. I was extremely satisfied and would recommend Nick and his company! They called ~30 minutes before the planned arrival time giving their ETA. They arrived just on time and got a good idea of what needed to be moved. There was something I wanted to grab after they packed it and they went through the box to get it for me and I really appreciate it. They also wore masks and removed their shoes upon entry. They protected all my furniture with blankets and arrived promptly to the other address. The price was exactly as they quoted and they worked quickly and diligently even with our little chit chat in between. Really nice guys. These guys were absolutely excellent. They are professional and very accommodating. I had a 600+ pound grill shipped down here to surprise my Marine partner who is away at the moment. These wonderful young men met me at FedEx an hour BEFORE their business hours, picked up my grill, caught a ferry, brought it to my partner's home, unpacked it and safely placed it on the back deck. The most amazing part, these young men did all this before my Tesla got to the house! H2H beat a Tesla! Now THAT'S IMPRESSIVE!!! I would use this company over and over again. The two movers, Nick and Mike , showed up on time and were efficient, getting my move from one apartment to the other done with no damage to apartment walls or doors or furniture. Thanks to Mike and Mateas for getting us moved into a challenging apartment location. When we arrived, the loading zone was full but they found a spot far from the front door and were willing to make it work. They were creative in their approach to getting stuff in quickly and effectively. And when our couch didn't fit in the elevator, they didn't hesitate and were willing to carry the couch up 5 flights of stairs without complaints. Fast, efficient, and going above and beyond. I had good experience with Home2Home during my first move so I asked them to help me with my second move. Unfortunately, my second experience with them was not great. Within a month they had increased their rates by more than 10% and added a bunch of fees that nobody else charges. The crew that they sent out this time were totally inexperienced and one of them was constantly in his cell phone; so my move took much longer than expected and I ended up paying for their break times as well. I do recommend this company as I've used them twice now. The second time the movers had to come much later than expected but gave us a heads up and made it right. They make sure to take the time to protect your furniture which I appreciated. Do note that they now charge from their yard (which is an hour away from Seattle) and back which was a change from last time we used them. The 2-man crew was fully able to handle all of our stuff. They arrived on time and wore masks the entire duration during loading and unloading. The move took a bit longer than expected but no fault of Home2Home. We had a lot of stuff! Plus COVID and a long hallway and elevator...I probably had too high expectations.
