He also noticed that I had originally planned to have an alignment done but had to skip it because of the earlier delay, so he offered to perform the alignment at no charge. I was extremely grateful for the gesture and very impressed that they responded to my review so quickly. It is obvious that they care about their reputation, their customers, and the level of service they provide. I returned for the alignment, and it was completed in less than 35 minutes. The entire follow-up experience was excellent. Anyone can have a bad day or run into scheduling issues, but what really says a lot about a business is how they respond when something goes wrong. Big Brand Tire went the extra mile to make things right, and they absolutely did that for me. I am thoroughly pleased with how everything was handled and really appreciate the manager reaching out personally and making sure I left satisfied. To make matters worse, the assistant manager was vaping on the property in front of customers, which I found extremely unprofessional--especially for someone in a management position. The status of your job is displayed on the monitors just above the service advisor desks so you know exactly how long of a wait you'll have. Unlike some of the other dealerships in town, the lobby is full of windows that look out into the service area so you can see the mechanics working on your vehicle.
