He pinpointed specific areas in our property that were immediate areas of opportunity (ex. requesting water location was turned on during the final walk-through to confirm no issues) to highlights of the property that he felt confident that we as the buyers should know (ex. his professional input on the life of the roof). Overall, the most impressive characteristic John demonstrated was his attention to detail. John left no stone unturned during his inspection which gave my wife and I the confidence in the property. After the inspection, John was transparent in the turnaround of the comprehensive final report (ours was at a whopping 69 pages) based on his workload for the day, but we still received the report within less than 4 hours after the physical walk-through. His report also documented each aspect of his findings, while conveniently summarizing the highlights in a Summary section. We felt extremely fortunate for John's service and thoroughness which are valuable traits to a first time home buyer.
