When I arrived 10 minutes early to the 2:00pm appointment Sean was already there. He was very friendly (in person and on the phone) and had already done a perimeter inspection! After introductions he took me around and pointed out what he had already seen and was a patient educator. Joining the inspection with me was my father and partner via a video call.
