Contacted Andrew of Ace Alignment HNL to set up an appointment to install aftermarket upper control arms along with an alignment and he was very flexible and available for the date I asked for. I originally wanted SPC uca's but he had a set of Icon Billet uca's available for my truck at special price including alignment. I took the deal on the Icons and it looks amazing. Very disappointed in this shop. Was recommended by a friend. Made an appointment. Went on the day appointment was scheduled. He wasnt there. A older gentleman next door asked who i was looking for. I told him and he said hes not in yet. He called his phone to no avail. I called also. No answer. So i left. On my way home he called my phone. Said sorry and that next time he would take care of me. I get it people make mistakes. But he should also know people's time is precious. I myself work ALOT. And he failed. Its not like i live in Kalihi. I live on the westside. Needless to say i will take my alignment needs somewhere else. For the people who wants to give ACE Alignment a try. I hope you have a better experience then me. Good Luck to all!! read more

Guy is squirrelly. I Asked him to press out some wheel bearings for me and he said he can do it no problem. Only reason I didn't do it myself is because I don't have a 20 ton press or access to one. 1/21/22 I Dropped off the spindles, the bearings, seals, and snap rings so all he had to do was press out the hub, bearing, press in new bearing, put in new seals and snap rings, quick job. Should take maybe max a few hours, and expected maybe a day for it to get done. No response for a few days, no problem shops closed on Sunday anyways and I'm pretty patient. Messaged him on Monday (1/24/22) asking about when they're gonna get done, said tomorrow (Tuesday). No problem. No call on Tuesday, maybe he didn't get to finish the job, surely it'll be done on Wednesday. Starting to lose my patience. Texted me on Wednesday saying he got slammed at work, will definitely be done by Friday. Alright, no problem. I ordered a brake upgrade kit so I didn't NEED them right away but I still would've liked it to be done. Come Friday, no response all day. Decided to call him before I headed down there to pick up my spindles, asked if they were done, he said no, still got one to do, will definitely be done tomorrow. This time I made sure he gave me a time, 2pm. Comes to 2pm. At the shop, nowhere to be seen. Ask the guys there where's andrew? Said he Never came in. Was "probably hanging" according to them. Called him 6 times, no answer. The guys at the shop called him, no answer. I'm pretty pissed, so I told them I'll just take my spindles and parts and pay whatever they charge for the single side to be done. This guy didn't even finish one side. So not only did he not finish the job, he lied about even starting it. New parts still in the plastic, still in the box I put them in, my spindles were on the side of the garage behind some other persons wheels along with a bunch of other misc parts. If Andrew didn't lie and tell me that he started the job, I wouldn't have even written this review, But that's unacceptable. Attached photos with proof of conversations. Scheduled an appointment to clear my codes on my truck, he didnt show up after texting and calling him a bunch of times. Tried again to go for alignment and again he did not show up. Was waiting infront of his shop for 2 hours and yet no response. My buddy also tried to get alignment from him and yet he was the one late for the appointment. If you want good quality service, I recommend going scotty's alignment. This guy just likes to blow ppl off. read more

I went to get alignment done on my 2012 4runner. It took about an hour to finish. Andrew did a great job making my 4runner drive straight again. He also gave me a print out of before and after the alignment. The price is very affordable and I highly recommend getting your car aligned there. Great job and awesome service. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Guy is terrible with communication and bad business. Had an apt for my alignment, had an apt for Wednesday and all Monday and Tuesday prior, i was trying to get a hold of him to confirm, nothing back. Tuesday night messages saying he forgot he had a doc apt for Wednesday so reschedule. No problem, things come up, so we reschedule for Thursday 1pm confirmed, works for me since I'm off that day. Messages me at 11am thursday saying something came up and if I can do Friday, told him I can't and I needed Thursday because that's my day off, he said he can still do that Thursday but gonna be around 4pm instead, sure no problem, it's my day off. 6pm rolls around, nothing, I asked him if still good, messages me later saying couldn't do anything. Okay, reschedule again, this time for Monday at noon, confirmed. I drive there show up at noon, one of the other guys said he wasn't there, so I call, text, message this guy saying I was at the shop waiting for him. Waited an hour until he texted saying sorry he forgot to message me saying he got covid. Bad business. I suggest you go somewhere else, anywhere else but here, he's going to waste your time. Save yourself the trouble and headache and just go to a shop that has good ratings. read more

Andrew over at ACE Alignments is top notch with his work. Originally hit him up about getting an alignment done after my lift was gonna be installed by a different shop but ended up getting it installed by him. Hella fast too. Dropped off my truck at 3pm, truck was ready by 6pm. And that's with alignment. Also got new tires balanced and mounted onto my rims by him and it took only an hour. For how fast he is, the work is not sloppy at all. Would recommend him for any installations. Even got my friends truck installed by him and was the same outcome.. this shop is my go to mechanic shop. Would recommend hitting him up directly on his IG, he responds quickly. read more
