The office manager that informs you about your approximate delivery time is very polite and accommodating to your schedule. The two gentleman that delivered my furniture were so professional and dedicated to customer service and satisfaction. Prior to delivering my furniture, they ask to see where the furniture is going to go, so they can determine the best and efficient way to place the furniture. Both gentlemen made sure not to damage my furniture or the door openings while bringing in the furniture. After they bring it in, they offered to place it exactly where we wanted it, but we weren't sure at the moment. They also removed and disposed of all the packing material the furniture was wrapped in. I offered to dump it in my own trash can, but they insisted on taking back to their facility to dump it in their dumpster. I wish I caught the names of these gentlemen, as they're worth mentioning by name. These guys go way beyond expectations and are motivated to ensure great customer service! Update: I was informed the gentlemen that delivered my furniture are Chris and QC. Both are very detailed and dedicated to this business.
