Art and his team are exceptional. We moved from an upstairs apartment to a 2-story house. Eric, Gabriel and Andrei were punctual, courteous, and professional. They all had great attitudes even though they had to haul my late mother's antique wooden china cabinet and table (with a glass top), which they commented was probably the heaviest thing they've carried. They also carried three 113.5lb smart toilets for us from the apartment to the new house, and two of them went upstairs. Art's team alleviated so much stress for our move. They brought some wardrobe boxes with hangers for our clothes and they wrapped our important items (computer monitors, TVs, dressers) expertly with care, with thick materials such as cardboard and blankets. They securely wrapped the lighter items (like plastic drawers) with plastic wrap and tape so they wouldn't open during transport. They package better than Amazon! Lol. Once we were finished moving and had to undo the packaging, it was actually difficult because it was wrapped so well. All of Art's men were friendly and professional. My daughter and I felt safe with them and they were extremely competent. My cat was also comfortable with them (especially Gabriel). They made sure to not ding or damage any of our new walls, or our old stuff. They were mindful of my cat when moving the furniture and respected our no shoes on the carpet upstairs, which was very much appreciated. Eventually they put down a red carpet that they brought so they could wear their shoes, we loved that they had that with them. The price was fair, Art's team disassembled some of our furniture for transport and reassembled it at our new house. They also hooked up my washer and dryer. It was an hour long drive from our apartment to our new house. I couldn't have asked for a better team! They are definitely Master Movers! Masters at packing fragile items, placing furniture, and installation of washer/dryer (which is very rare). They are responsive and reliable. read more

My experience has been awful, first of all the movers didn't know anything about moving. They are still at my old house and it's been 4 hours. Not one room in my house is clear.They said the refrigerator was too big to get out of the front door, however when we went purchased it the Lowe's employee had zero trouble getting it in. They are complaining to their manager that our furniture is too big & heavy. We moved from NC to CA with less trouble. The movers did not take care for my flooring or appear to try to be cautious. I was shocked to see our dressers and stove being dragged directly across our original oak floors. They did not care about our house by not using proper protection to move appliance through sliding glass door. You can see in image the scratches and dents. I found Master Movers via Yelp. Called them to see if they could do a quick move within a short time span. I had to move my uncle's safe to a storage site until we can find a new house. The safe was 830 pounds. They were able to fit the safe, the living room furniture (two couches), a large massage chair and the dinning table complete with 8 chairs in a ten by ten storage site. There was plenty of room to add boxes and other items. These guys are legitimate pro's. I was stressing that I needed to get a second storage but they assured me they would pack it no problem. Every item was securely wrapped and protected. These guys played tetris with the furniture and made every bit of that storage unit count.
